Love this place but they need to retrain employees on how much ice to put in their drinks. I paid $8.38 and I had two sips!! I have to ask for light ice now on all my drinks.Edit: I asked for light ice today and got the same amount.

I'm a daily customer and I get the same drink every day. Not sure I'll be back. I was told this morning my drink was 30 cents more effective today because of a new product roll out and price increases were just initiated. This is not a new drink and a 30 cents increase is just too much. Very disappointed.

Probably the most beautiful Starbucks I've ever seen inside; if it weren't for the logo put up, it would pass as a local coffee shop.Vegetarian options: It's coffee and teas, come on. ?Dietary restrictions: It's just coffee and teas.Parking: It's in a plaza, there'd plenty of surrounding park lot areas if you can't get something in front of the store. There's so many people coming and going though, it's not much of an issue; there's also a Drive-Thru if you're in a hurry.

I attempted to visit this Starbucks location after witnessing some pretty rude and condescending behavior...almost bullying behavior from one staff member to another a couple of years ago. I left. No purchase. Still a very entitled, rude vibe amongst the staff towards one another. "Mean girlish." Tough to witness and I want to relax and enjoy my beverage and meal.

Terrible location. We went to a quick meeting at this location and wanted to grab some coffee, while we were there. It took far too long for them to pour two simple coffees. We had a Pike Place and a Nitro Cold Brew, which don't require any special foams or added sweeteners. We waited 15-20 mins for mediocre tasting coffee.I will not be visiting this location again.

They have a limited food menu and usually at least a few items are not available. Their drinks are typical Starbucks. Service is hit or miss. It can be quick and efficient or painfully slow and inefficient, depending on who is working.

Always double check to make sure I'm getting what I want, they're extremely aware of common complaints and go out of their way to make sure you're getting the perfect drink.

Kind of unfriendly, although they did give me good tasting cappuccino and the place was relatively clean.Decent sitting area and it was not that busy, given it was in the evening during weekdays. Good place to study/work, and would return if I am in a hurry and if I am in the area.

How are you going to serve room temperature coffee?Reply to your reply: Wow, you mean if you sell me a cold coffee I can come back and ask for a hot one on the house? Although your idea is quite novel and worthy of great praise I have an idea you should consider. When you serve me a cold coffee send one of your employees to my work and deliver a hot coffee to make.up for it, then they can wait 10 minutes for me to pour it into a cup and I'll show you how to check if it's cold.
