“I ordered my favorite Matcha with oat milk. Kennedi was at the counter and showed above and beyond customer service.

I was having such a challenging day and was met with more compassion and understanding than I was ready for. There was a consistent flow of customers both indoors and at the drive thru. From what I can tell there were 3 staff members present that I could tell. Kennedi gave a warm welcome, an honest smile of understanding and showered me with kindest despite how busy it was.

I had a some personal hardship going on and it must have shown all over my face.
Despite the rush of all the demands of a busy morning, Kennedi multi-tasked and supported me immediately. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Thank you for seeing me, Kennedi and being courageous enough to help someone you don’t know out and offer encouragement to them. You didn’t have to do that and you chose love.

You influenced a positive outcome for your generosity. I just want to give you your due credit and high praise for checking on me and for your words of encouragement throughout my time there.

“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

“Excellent food and service!! I came for the spanakopita and it didn’t disappoint!! They make it in house as well as all of the Greek food. The crust was perfect. I can’t wait to return to try the rest.

The pastries are made by a local bakery in S Philly.

They also make some flavored fun teas! I’ll have to come back for the coffee.

The staff I interacted with was really welcoming and informative. She took the time to explain the Greek items to me. Im excited to come back to continue trying the remaining menu items.“

“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!“

“I love Adelie Coffee House. The coffee is simply delicious! It's rich, smooth, aromatic, soothing - like a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer. I've only tried the cheese danish. It was very good.
