Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both positive and negative aspects. The staff can be excellent, polite, and efficient, with one associate named Kennedi providing above and beyond customer service, a warm welcome, and kindness even during a busy morning. Another tall associate with black hair who works in the evenings is also very prompt and helpful. However, one male worker without a name tag was incredibly rude, forgot part of an order, and ignored a request for an untoasted bagel. Another customer reported a girl threw a straw at them. The food is praised, especially the lemon loafs, which are described as one of the best. The drinks, including Matcha with oat milk and refreshers, are always made very well. The store is clean inside. A major complaint is the bathroom design, which has no sinks inside, forcing customers to touch the door handle without washing their hands, which is considered a very poor design for public health. Overall, the service is a hit or miss, but the drinks and lemon loafs are great.
