Was missing an item from my order yesterday so figured I could easily get it with my breakfast order today. The lady gave me a hard time - said I needed to come in & discuss with Mgr. It was a simple bottle of chocolate milk from a kid's meal. SMH. Always call when they mess up your order. I also didn't get a straw for my soda. Ugh.
The drive through was busy and the staff was hustling. But the guy working the register was playing it a little over the top. He overfilled my soda so much that when he handed it to me I got a shower of Coca-Cola. The Big Mac I ordered was so inundated with Thousand Island dressing that the bun dissolved Into it. On top of that, the guy forgot half of my order and then said I was holding up the line when I asked where my shake was. Then, he arrogantly told me it was in the bag...read full review

Their attitude is terrible. Not friendly. Girl at counter was borderline rude. No hello, no can I help, just stared at me. No thank you. They put my order on a rack and expected me to know it was ready. Tables are dirty. Had to clean mine. Food was hot and was as expected. Not another McDonald’s for miles so you are stuck with these people. Maybe I’ll do drive thru to avoid this negative energy.
