“This McDonald's location in Flourtown has good staff members that prepared my food and handed my food to me with reasonable timing. The store was clean with all the tables wiped down just waiting for customers to sit down and eat. The store is taking care of while I visited during lunch. Keep up the good work 👍“

“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. “I only visit this Abington location or the Hunting Park location because the young people working at both locations are always respectful. When an error is made they listen and make it right.

During my previous visit I explained that my chicken had not been seasoned properly. When I returned yesterday they made sure my chicken was seasoned all the way through. Their willingness to correct mistakes is very important to me.

“I wanted to recognize the manager at Chick-fil-A Horsham for the way he handled an issue with my mobile order. Some of the items I specifically ordered were missing from my bag, and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I had already reached my destination.

When I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he listened to my concerns, handled the situation quickly, and most importantly, made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes makes all the difference. When you place a mobile order with specific items, you trust that everything you ordered will be in the bag when you leave.

So much so that I've been meaning to 'review' them for over a year now but am just now getting to it. Honestly. I've never stopped and had the service be bad or the shake 'taste different.' “Hot take, Cane's is better than cfa. Chicken is so good, not greasy, crinkle fries are great. Whether dinning in or drive thru, food is extra hot. We drive about 20-30mins to get it. The sandwich or tenders can't go wrong! And you know what's best? They are open late! :)“

This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“Please stop by this location with the newer owners! This is our go to spot for our blizzards and also for everyone’s birthday cake! They always have the cake we need at the last minute and always are willing to personalize it. The woman was so sweet last time we got a cake and she let my daughter help her with writing on the cake. They also made a donation for my daughter’s softball team fundraiser that was very generous. Definitely make this your go to Dairy Queen!“

“Don't choose curbside pickup, the staff will just leave your food at the pickup shelf inside without ever bringing it out. I waited for 15+ min before calling, and nobody picked up after over a minute. On top of that, the order was wrong and they missed an extra sauce. Very disappointing.
Edit: Customer service reached out to me and offered me 2 box combos to make up for it. I adjusted my review from 1 to 4 stars.“

“I went in one day to pick up a DoorDash order. The owner (i assume?) asked if i ate pork and gave me one single rib to try. It was so cruel. I ate it in the car on the way to my delivery and then i really didn't want to take the delivery at all, i wanted to take that order home with me. I don't really have rib money right now but i spent 6 weeks thinking about those ribs before i finally caved and ordered a half rack one night. And I'm still thinking about the next time I'll be able to go get some.“
