The store was clean with all the tables wiped down just waiting for customers to sit down and eat. The store is taking care of while I visited during lunch. Keep up the good work 👍“

“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF. Also the other young lady Kelly was sweet as well. As far as the food... you cant ever go wrong! Even my meat-eater friend and family enjoys the food. It is that good!!“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

My husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich - the spice level balanced perfectly with the pickles and bun. The chef offered to make me a custom order based on my dietary needs at no charge. They always have the cake we need at the last minute and always are willing to personalize it. The woman was so sweet last time we got a cake and she let my daughter help her with writing on the cake. They also made a donation for my daughter’s softball team fundraiser that was very generous. However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. So much so that I've been meaning to 'review' them for over a year now but am just now getting to it. Honestly. I've never stopped and had the service be bad or the shake 'taste different.' “I went in one day to pick up a DoorDash order. The owner (i assume?) asked if i ate pork and gave me one single rib to try. It was so cruel. I ate it in the car on the way to my delivery and then i really didn't want to take the delivery at all, i wanted to take that order home with me. I don't really have rib money right now but i spent 6 weeks thinking about those ribs before i finally caved and ordered a half rack one night. And I'm still thinking about the next time I'll be able to go get some.“

“My husband and I had to have a quick bite before doing a 24 hour shift at work. We did our Costco run and now needed something open at 10am. We literally showed up at 9:58am and they were open and greeting us. We were surprised to see the seasonal mac and cheese and rib patty. So that's what we got along with their BBQ straw double patty, onion rings and fries. Came out in seconds and it was all very nice and hot and delicious 😋 Jason who I think was the manager was awesome too checked in on us and let us try the mac since we didn't get it which it was great. My husband liked his tropical mango drink, I got the cucumber basil, it was like a lime seltzer. For me it was a great refresher. Overall amazing experience and the other staff member was also extraordinary. Didn't catch his name. Def will be back at 10am!! Thank you both for a great experience.“

“The service here is excellent. There's a young African-American man who is usually at the register. He is so friendly kind and hard working. He's one of the reasons I make my way to this store all the way from West Chester. I wish I could remember his name but he's there weekdays in the afternoon.“
