“I’ve been to this location twice so far and the food has been perfect. On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!! I also ate in this time and the place was clean.“

“I want to share the wonderful experience my wife, granddaughter, and I had during our recent visit to the Chick-fil-A located in the Cedarbrook Mall.

The management is doing a fine job, and I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Joey H., who was working around that 6 o'clock pm shift.
The staff was courteous and very professional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I actually felt safe dining inside. I understand this location has been there for roughly two years, and the place was immaculate, as if it just opened.

We simply enjoyed ourselves and our food, and we'll definitely return to dine there again.“

“Customer service here is awesome. The constant is Shirley-always giving service with a smile and making sure things are moving efficiently in what is typically a busy store. There is also a new manager (don't know her name) whose service is amazing and who moves through customers very quickly. I don't eat fast food, but I love this location.“
