“No one understands how hard it is to work in the fast food industry. Everyone is only one person they can’t do things all at once, if there is a mess they will get to it, if icecream is melting that’s on you for not grabbing it, if the drive through takes long that’s on yall for ordering so much, they are very nice there and they try there best so don’t leave bad reviews if you never experienced fast food. Every person that works there greets you and sometimes has conversations maybe the problem is the customers. If they mess up grow up people make mistakes it happens no one’s perfect. The machine is probably down for a reason for the ice cream if you don’t like it go get some ice cream from somewhere else. I am a customer myself but I have worked in fast food myself it is not easy.“

“Hello, I am going to leave a 5 star here because your chicken is so amazing and all the previous times I have been there it has been amazing . HOWEVER, there is a worker there and she worked there on Monday who does not appear to care much about the business reputation or service. She sat on the counter and texted basically the entire time, never smiling and if you asked her a question, it came across as a bother. Again, love the chicken and the place but I just figured you should know as it was very off putting and I am guessing could be for other customers as well. Thank you!“

“As someone who used to be a head chef at a shawarma restaurant, I know what great shawarma should taste like. This place honestly exceeded my expectations. The meat is flavorful and cooked perfectly, the ingredients are fresh, and every bite is balanced and delicious. The kitchen is super clean you can literally see it through the window, and the place has a very cool vibe. The service is top-notch, and the shawarma is on another level. Juicy meat, fresh toppings—everything tastes genuinely fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be back.“

“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF. Also the other young lady Kelly was sweet as well. As far as the food... you cant ever go wrong! Even my meat-eater friend and family enjoys the food. It is that good!!“

“I only visit this Abington location or the Hunting Park location because the young people working at both locations are always respectful. When an error is made they listen and make it right.

During my previous visit I explained that my chicken had not been seasoned properly. When I returned yesterday they made sure my chicken was seasoned all the way through. Their willingness to correct mistakes is very important to me.

The store is always clean and my food is always fresh. I will continue coming back to these two locations because of the excellent customer service.“

“Large 2-3 lane drive-through. Compared to other local Chick Fil A's the indoor seating area is small and fills up quickly at dinner time and on Saturdays. Partly due to families hanging out at tables even after eating, while the kiddos play in the indoor playground. In nice weather there is an outdoor seating area.“

“Stopped in at the Chick-fil-A in Newtown PA with my 94 year-old-mom for lunch. This is the most attentive staff and perfect service and atmosphere! They jumped to hold doors, delivered meal to the table instantly, etc. Fresh flowers on every table, and spotlessly clean including in the restroom. Tasty, hot meal and Bob was a gracious host. Who knew this is what we missed going through the drive through all the time?“

“I've always thought that Five Guys had excellent burgers and fries. I went to this particular store one day at lunch and I have to say out of all the Five Guys I have been to, this Five Guys is something special. Not only was my lunch the best burger I have ever had but the service and the atmosphere was second to none. I would recommend this place 100%. They always have the cake we need at the last minute and always are willing to personalize it. The woman was so sweet last time we got a cake and she let my daughter help her with writing on the cake. They also made a donation for my daughter’s softball team fundraiser that was very generous.
