Was there last night with my two kids. When we sat down, my son spilt our drink all over the table and floor. Right away, Ryan and the gang came over to help us move tables and refill our drinks. Ryan went above and beyond to help us and all of the staff were so kind. To top it all off, the chic fila cow came by with holiday cookies. Love chic fila!
Good fast food and customer service. Shout out to the employees working and doing a great job. Clean and faster service than other Chick-fil-A branches. I would go here again. Children friendly with a play room.Kid-friendliness: They have a children friendly safe playroom from ages 5-12

It's not about being perfect; it's about how a company makes a situation right. I went to pickup a tray I had pre-ordered and it wasn't ready. They were honest that they dropped the ball and would make it for me right now. I appreciated the accountability and wasn't even mad since my nuggets were as fresh as could be!
