“It was my first time trying the Wilkes-Barre location. I got the loaded fries with hot honey and a slider with normal hot sauce. Huge portions! Food was PHENOMENAL! The service was great and everybody was friendly/very accommodating. Highly recommend.“

“When I first tried Dave's, it was amazing!! Sadly, the quality of the finished product began to decline, many times the food would be room Temperature and the chicken was dry. The great mix of classic rock, yacht rock, pop, and old school Motown started evolving into urban, hip-hop, rap, and even hardcore with explicit lyrics. However, it appears that upper management has literally cleaned house, and trained an entirely new team and manager, creating a wonderful, culturally diverse crew. The music reverted to the mix it was always meant to be, and the food was back to excellent! Perfectly cooked, crisp on the outside and moist on the inside, and still hot when you arrive to pick up your order! Great job, and a great place to take out from or eat in. Once again. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner tonight and commend them on taking the difficult steps to turn this location around, heading back in the right direction!! “Had the best chicken sandwich…. A big breast of chicken topped with special sauce, slaw, and plenty of pickles. Plus, it was a great bargain. A hidden gem in Doylestown! Two chicken sandwiches and french fries for 14.99 &, great service.“

“I was traveling from out of state (Tennessee) and stopped at this Chick-fil-A, and I can honestly say this is the best location I’ve ever been to.

The customer service was absolutely on point—every question I had was answered clearly and kindly. For what some might consider a “fast food” restaurant, this was genuinely an exceptional experience with top-tier hospitality.

I also want to specifically recognize Christa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people she serves—it didn’t feel forced at all. Even as someone in a higher position, she went above and beyond, which really stood out to me. In my opinion, she deserves a raise—but of course, that’s up to Chick-fil-A.

“This place has probably the best chicken fingers in town and it's amazing how fast my three finger combo meal is ready. The restaurant is exceptionally clean as well. Some people may find that the music is a little louder than other places. That's the only reason I gave atmosphere four stars instead of five stars.“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

Fries were good, chicken tenders were good, sauce was good. The employees were well trained it seemed and greeted me and others pleasantly and with a smile.

The location is perfect. Very clean and spacious.

I would go here again if I were in the area but in comparison to the other chicken spots, they might be like 5th maybe 6th (Chick Fil A, Popeyes, KFC, Church's, and add one of your favorite spots)“

“Always friendly, always delicious, I have never left Chick-fil-A disappointed. Best chicken bites, nuggets, strips and sandwiches one can find. Chicken meat is fried in an oil which is morehealthy than most other fast food places. I love. Chick-fil-A, if I were given an option, I would choose Chick-fil-A every time. Absolutely. “Chick-fil-A has always been good grub lol. Saturday was of course jam packed and food court was no exception as it was a gorgeous day and I had lunch and shopping with a friend. We tried their new chicken club sandwich on a pretzel roll which was good!“

“I absolutely love this location. Every visit has been smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant, with consistently quick checkout times. But on 2‑21‑26, I went inside for the very first time—and that’s when I met a gentleman named Wesley F.

Let me tell you, this young man’s customer service is on a completely different level. His professionalism, energy, and personality are truly top tier. I have never—and I mean never—experienced customer service like his. You can instantly tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely enjoys helping people.

There were about ten customers ahead of me, and his attitude never wavered. He greeted every single person with the same enthusiasm, patience, and positivity. At one point I honestly thought he must have known these customers personally because of how warm and engaging he was—but he didn’t. That’s just who he is.

If anyone from upper management reads this, please recognize Wesley for the outstanding work he’s doing. Employees like him make a huge difference in a customer’s day and deserve to be acknowledged.
