“I am embarrassed to say that I left the house without my wallet to treat my daughter to Chic-FiI-A. I realized at the last minute. Oh! I don’t have Apple Pay set up in my phone either. So I was furiously trying to set it up to pay while sitting at the drive thru window. The manager beat me to it, and paid for our meal! Thank you so much!!“

“The quickest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The food was made exactly as it’s supposed to be. The employees were nice and polite. It’s located in a high-ceiling glass atrium in a mall food court…the atmosphere is way more pleasant and comfortable than a typical food court.“

“Thanks for being honest and made my bad day a little less miserable.
Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking on the parking lot in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn’t get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot.“

“03-31-2023 Mary at the drive thru is awesome! My order was wrong and she took care of it right away. Then I didn’t have any sauce so she went back inside to get those and brought out right away to my car. Great customer service by Mary!!“

“Out of all the chick fila we have been to - the staff and food here were better than the others. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh.
There is a staff member named Yuri who was helping a mom of 4 young kids. He was assisting her in cleaning up and also cleaning up the baby while she was helping her other kids. I have never witnessed that type of service before… Yuri went above and beyond - and then he also went around making sure everyone else had what they needed…
I hope Yuri gets acknowledged as well as the rest of the staff who were here today (11/15/25 lunchtime).“

“I vist this establishment on occasion. It is always a pleasure. I usually order their burger with the BBQ sauce. The service is very good. The atmosphere is open and airy. You can have a group or choose a cozy nook. Indoor and outdoor seating. It is so worth traveling the extra miles to order!“
