They said KKC has the best chicken in the world..We ordered some for a family dinner from the Manor St location.. firstly..the biscuits were fantastic, and secondly, the chicken is really REALLY good. 04/08/2025. what a GREAT experience KFC Lancaster 1535 Manheim Pike , Lancaster, PA 17601! It's been a long time since i've been into a KFC for a meal. and I'll be back as result of Today's experience. Upon entry, I was greeted by a charming young man with a great smile, professional, helpful, personable, friendly who provided great customer service - Christian M. my 94 y.o. Mum craved fried chicken after a doctor's visit and we were in proximity of the store. The food was fresh, tasty and of very good quality. Mum was VERY happy and satisfied with the chicken and fries. keep up the good work! we'll be back!“

“I visited KFC (Lancaster - Columbia avenue) on 12/23/25 at 8:04 PM with my 8-year-old son, and we had such a great experience. Lay was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to talk to my son and make sure our order was right.
While we were eating, my son said his Pepsi tasted like Coke. Rashon Jones overheard and kindly offered to replace it from a different machine — and it tasted much better.
