“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – A MUST-VISIT SPOT!

I honestly don’t even know where to start because this place completely blew me away. You can instantly tell there’s a whole new energy since the new owners took over. Everything from the food to the vibe to the service feels refreshed, upgraded, and done with real passion.

First off, the menu is INSANE in the best way possible. You can tell the new owners came in and said, “Let’s really do this right.” The flavors are bold, fresh, and straight-up addictive. The sliders are absolutely unreal perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. And don’t even get me started on the beef burger chopped cheese… WOW. It’s hands down one of the best I’ve had. Cooked perfectly, loaded with flavor, and made exactly how a chopped cheese should b comfort food at its finest.

Everything tasted fresh, hot, and made with care. Not rushed. Not sloppy. Just quality food done right.

Now let’s talk about the service because that’s just as important. Sam, the new manager, is AWESOME. Super welcoming, respectful, and genuinely cares about customers. You can tell he takes pride in the place and wants everyone to leave happy. That kind of leadership really shows, and it makes the whole experience even better.

The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe overall. You feel good supporting a place that actually cares about what they’re serving and the people they’re serving it to.

If you’re thinking about trying this spot DO IT. If you’ve been here before under the old ownership, come back ASAP because this is a whole different level now. New ownership, crazy good new menu items, better quality, better service. everything is upgraded.

“Pretty fast service, nice employees, relatively average pricing for fast food. The only issue with this location is the amount of people running the registers. People usually make a line 30 minutes prior to them opening and the line stretches way too long. I don’t blame them if they can’t seem to find enough people to hire though.“

“I took my little brother here for dinner and it was our first time eating there! The wings, fries and taro milk tea was amazing! The front desk gentleman was patient with us and super friendly! We tried the house urban sauce and it was out of this world! He suggested we try the tenders as well and showed us how big they are! You bet we will be returning in the very near future!“

Like other reviews I have seen recently, they very clearly changed up their chicken vendors or something along those lines. The chicken went from being insanely good, to pretty much a frozen Tyson tenderloin or something equivalent to that. I am going on BRD strike until they go back to their old ways.“

“Arroz Chaufa bowl with chicken was fine a bit on the bland side perhaps but the mild garlic sauce makes it very very good and enough food for 3 meals so definitely got my moneys worth got 3 little containers of sauce to take with me along with my leftovers would definitely come back again“

“This is hands-down one of my favorite go to places to eat. The portions are always amazing and the food is on point! 💖I usually get the chicken with green beans, or fries ,and I’ve also gotten the steak, when they sold out of chicken. Neither of them ever disappoint!! The food is super consistent and well seasoned. The sauces are both delicious, the green is especially tasty.The service always great, as well. I’m shocked at some of these bad reviews, as someone who has been ordering here several times a week for the past few years. “I love this restaurant, it’s great, staff is nice, and the environment is kept nice and clean. I highly recommend going for the Big Box, as it serves any burger thee want in it, 2-piece fried chicken, any side dish of thy choice, and lastly comes with a drink. Food will always be fresh, nice, and warm. Chicken is crispy and hot. Their spicy chicken sandwich is great along with the sauce that it has in it is great, has a splendid kick to it. In essence, I highly recommend this restaurant, easy 5-stars.“

“I can always count on good tasting food at Crazy Down Home. I have only been to the Randallstown location. I have had the fried chicken, fried fish, fried liver with gravy, steamed crabs, chitterlings, home fries with onions, fried green beans, collard greens, mixed vegetables, vegetable lo mein, and fried cabbage. “The past few times I have ordered a sandwich, my top bun was smashed flat, like whoever put the top bun on smashed it down with their hand. Please stop. Just lay the bun on top. No need to flatten it.

“Service was fine and food was reliably good. It came to the table quickly, although sans the peach milkshake, which made it's way over after a few minutes. There were a lot of places for pick up but I couldn't find any parking directly related to the restaurant. Every spot around it was a pick up spot, so I did as some others did, and parked in the lot for the grocery store and walked through the line of cars at the drive up windows. I find the restaurant good for kids although I question no parking to eat in. The young lady who served us was very nice and the main store had clean tables and stocked the condiments well.“

Chick- fil- A is the King of the mountain in reference to quality of food, service & how they train their young associates. The essence of this keeps regulars returning time after time. It makes me feel good when the young associate looks me in the eye, smiles & later tells me it was their pleasure to serve me. I've always added sauces to mine as when they come plain with a pickle it just seems to be lacking a certain pizzazz which a bit of mayo & chick fill a sauce remedies immediately!
