“Right now, as I sit in Dave’s Hot Chicken in Glen Burnie, I’m almost done eating- and right now the back of my eyeballs are vibrating, my nose is running, the top of my head is sweating and I’m SO HAPPY!

Yes, hot means hot. 🥵. Thank God for pickles and free refills for soda.

I walked in, having never been here before - never had Dave’s. The young lady behind the counter was not much help, but I figured out what I wanted. They had the food done fast and I got started.

Hotness did not undue the depth of the seasoning and the taste of the chicken. It was the kind of hot that hurts, but that you can’t stop! You have to keep going. I love that feeling with food.

The fries were delicious- just right crispy and the Dave’s sauce was tasty and unique enough that you noticed.

I got a shake to balance everything out and it was good. Soft-serve basically with a slight mocha flavor.

Parking spaces here are tight so you will want to get away from the front spots and save yourself a door ding.

“Everything was fine except a missing bread from one of my orders. I ordered 3 box combos. 2 boxes came with everything and the 3rd box was missing the bread 😒 I just wasn't going to drive back 20min for a piece of bread but I was upset over that. I will not go back to the Glen Burnie Raisin Cane's I guess.“

Side note, this was my first time going to a Chick-fil-A, and I was impressed. Although there was a line for the drive thru, the cars were moving along at a fair pace. However, I opted to go in to place my order. The line move along quickly. The staff was polite. My order was ready moments after I finished ordering. The dining area was busy with the lunch crowd, yet the dining area was clean. Finally, my meal was hot and satisfying. Summary, service and food was great.“

“I took my little brother here for dinner and it was our first time eating there! The wings, fries and taro milk tea was amazing! The front desk gentleman was patient with us and super friendly! Like other reviews I have seen recently, they very clearly changed up their chicken vendors or something along those lines. The chicken went from being insanely good, to pretty much a frozen Tyson tenderloin or something equivalent to that. I am going on BRD strike until they go back to their old ways.“

“This became a staple during our trip to Maryland Deathfest this year. Ate there most of the week. Best everything I ever had. We tried all of the flavors of empanadas, the Peruvian chicken, rice, Mac n cheese, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but they had the best darn brussel sprouts I've ever had! “I can always count on good tasting food at Crazy Down Home. I have only been to the Randallstown location. I have had the fried chicken, fried fish, fried liver with gravy, steamed crabs, chitterlings, home fries with onions, fried green beans, collard greens, mixed vegetables, vegetable lo mein, and fried cabbage. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. Well I'm a believer. After waiting until the crowd circling the entire building calmed down after the grand opening, I tried these chicken strips. Unbelievable! Every single time I've been there the chicken is juicy. The breading is crispy but not too heavy but not too light, and they make their sauce EVERY DAY 🤯

“Pretty convenient between classes, and the staff is super friendly as well. Wait times aren’t bad usually, if you order a small meal it’ll be ready fast. It’s a small location so it gets backed up during peak rush hours although all things considered the wait times aren’t terrible. The location on google maps is wrong however, it is actually located in the Health and Life sciences building and NOT in the CALT building.“
