I love Chic-fil-a. The food and employees are great. My only complaint is that they have kept thier play place closed. When my children were small Chic-fil-a was thier favorite place to go because of the playplace. It always made me feel like my children were welcomed and even loved there. As usual, delicious food and excellent iced tea, served by smiling employees who treat you as valued guests, not as the next customer. The carryout inside the store needs to be more prioritized, however... two visits in two weeks, each with 10+ minute wait times for a single meal order...

It seams like the general manager, manager and owner do not care for their employees. The staff use to look happy. I don't see them smile. Most look like high school students. I personally know that students are told that chick fala is the top priority nothing else. Meaning not even their health/mental health. Don't allow your children to work here. The staff work very hard.
