This particular location is known for messing up orders. My last 3 deliveries had missing items, including today. When I called, the employee got rude and said there's nothing she could do and blamed it on the volume of orders. Completely unacceptable.

Today @ 1:40pm I visited this Chick Fil A and ordered a Veggie Cool Wrap (the Cool Wrap minus the chicken) and was told by 2 employees in the drive thru that item is only available with chicken. I've ordered this Veggie Wrap at least 15 times from this location and numerous times at others. I was informed thr Kitchen Manager gave direction that the employees are to no longer sell the Cool Wrap without chicken but was refused when I asked to speak with the manager.So I left and went to a nearby Chick Fil A where I not only ordered and received a Veggie Wrap, I also confirmed it IS A MENU ITEM.I expect more from Chick-fil-A than poor service from lazy employees. I work near this location and frequently visit there for lunch but will not be spending my time nor money there again

It seams like the general manager, manager and owner do not care for their employees. The staff use to look happy. I don't see them smile. Most look like high school students. I personally know that students are told that chick fala is the top priority nothing else. Meaning not even their health/mental health. Don't allow your children to work here. The staff work very hard.
I love Chic-fil-a. The food and employees are great. My only complaint is that they have kept thier play place closed. When my children were small Chic-fil-a was thier favorite place to go because of the playplace. It always made me feel like my children were welcomed and even loved there. Here, at this Chic-fil-a, they have clearly started using the play place a storage space. It makes me sad that they no longer make families feel welcome like they used to. It's that reason why I only gave them 4 stars.

Parking: Large shopping strip with plenty of free parking.
Went thru the drive thru to get my family dinner. Spent 59.60 and get home and my drinks are wrong. No extra salad dressing as asked for No fries that were ordered. Everyone in there clowning around. My pleasure?? I tried to call and don’t answer the phone.

Ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and ten piece mini when I got home no chicken on the biscuit and only 8 minis and biscuits one had a chicken crumb in itI had to give my meal to my child as I have been calling them for over an hour with no response!!!This absolutely the worst service!!! Will be calling your corporate office. MPS may be important to them
I got a grilled chicken sandwich curbside. When I got home, the chicken sandwich was cold and the roll was so stale that every bite I took it crumbled in my hand. I called the restaurant twice to get this rectified and which they have yet to respond to my call and or answer my call. I go to this Chick-fil-A at least five times a week. No exaggeration. However, I won’t be going there anymore
