Really nice service and food.
The pickup area is arranged so that it clogs up the entrance to the ordering line when there are several people waiting.
Their cashier was oddly snippy.
And they got my order wrong.
There is no nearby parking lot. And you have to go even further away to find a lot that's not permit or paid parking.
The food is still good. But I only recommend this location if you already have plans to be on the UMBC campus.

This is really the only spot I get food on campus. And I usually just get the nuggets since they’re easy to eat while studying. On a regular day, the nuggets always take long. But today, for whatever reason, the guy decided to give me the grilled ones. You’d think when someone just says nuggets, they mean the regular ones and not grilled. Goofy

The staff is usually friendly, but the menu can be limited and the pickup area can be crowded. As a convenient option on a university campus, it meets expectations. The restaurant offers standard Chick-fil-A fare, with vegetarian options available, including salads, which are locked behind a paywall.
