“We ate dinner, breakfast, and lunch at Dear Charles and the food was very delicious all three times.
We ordered dinner ~30min before closing and weren’t given any bad look for ordering dessert too.
They have the right amount of options and variety for a reasonable price.“

“Bartender was amazing. Super attentive. Amazing drinks. Management on the other hand….lackluster would be a compliment. Food had an acrid sauce that we wished to be removed. Sauce was removed with a charred steak that wasn’t ordered. Manager refused to remove from the bill as they said it was our fault. This should not happen. Me and my friends spend at least 150+ every time we come in and to be treated this way is very eye opening. Love the bartenders but management .. could be looked at“

“Banana House is a small deli located in a retail shopping strip near the intersection of Dolfield Avenue and Cold Spring Lane in northwest Baltimore. It is situated next doer to the famous Hairmasters Barber Shop. The store is clean. Like many small delis in Baltimore. the walk-in customer service area is very narrow and partitioned off from the cooking area with plexiglass. There is limited seating. Staff were very cordial and friendly. The food was prepared in a timely fashion. The lake trout and french fries was very good. I enjoyed the special meal which came with a drink. I will return. I give this Baltimore deli a rating of 5 .“

“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.

This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

I had the grilled shrimp and salmon on a spinach wrap and mayne, did it have me doing a lil dance as I ate. “We had an overall positive experience at Restaurante El Salvador while traveling from Odenton, MD, to New York. The food was delicious; I ordered a typical Salvadoran dish with beans, rice and roast beef, as well as three pupusas and an order of fries ?️. My son enjoyed a pupusa, but a hair appeared in the second one ?.

The manager acted quickly, apologized and told us we could order whatever we wanted for free. I only ordered an additional cheese pupusa for my son, but I noticed that on the receipt they charged for it ?. In the end, we only paid for my plate, the fries and the juices, which was a very appreciated gesture ?.

However, one aspect that could improve is the condition of the bathrooms. My son came in and saw that they had not added water, which is not acceptable ?.

Despite the confusion with the pupusa and the problem in the bathrooms, the customer service was excellent and the food was very good ?. I would definitely consider returning in the future. I recommend the place! ⭐

The server in training was very good, and their helper was very good at assisting the new person without disrupting the service flow between our party and the trainee. I thought that was very professional and spoke to the teamwork atmosphere that was felt as I observed other conworkers interact with one another. The environment was very relaxing

The tables, floors, windows, and carpet were clean. The food was served in less than 30 minutes. Nicely tempered, the dishes were well seasoned and cooked well.

The checkout process was easy, and accessibility was really good for those using mobility aids. Low vision folk may struggle with seeing menu.

They made a sandwich to order- lots of meat and a meal indeed. Prices was very reasonable for an airport. Staff was "can do" and the sandwich was great.
