“Angel‘S’s is one of the worst seafood places to get crabs do not go to Angel‘S’s. They sell you baby crabs for large crabs that’s not how you do business. Drove out of town to get nice size crabs, and this idiot gave me baby crabs do not go to Angel‘S’s..“
“The service and food was absolutely amazing! I drove in from Buffalo NY to watch the ravens beat chiefs. While that didn’t happen the one bright spot was deciding to give Angie’s a try. The food was absolutely amazing! The crab dip, the crab cakes, my 16oz ribeye smothered in the most perfectly cooked scallops, shrimp, fresh crab meat. It was phenomenal. I can’t remember his name but the guy waiter we had as well was a cool guy. He walked around when he had a minute and had conversations with all the customers so I left an extra tip. Next season when I’m back in town I will be paying them a visit again!“
“Visited this location after getting great news from Johns Hopkins. I've been to many locations nationally and felt it was a safe bet to be "the" place to have a celebratory meal after a long ordeal. I was right, but it actually exceeded my expectations! Food was excellent and the service even better! Our server was Ilana and she was by far the best attentive and personable server I've ever had the pleasure of meeting (if you come here; request her!). I'll most certainly come here again should I visit Baltimore again.“
“Amazing dinner yesterday, I had the Squid Ink Pasta and Caesar salad. It taste really good and the quality was really great. Nice food portions and excellent quality of food. I also had some drinks. The cocktails were awesome and so refreshing. Menu was excellent and they have great portions too. Nice setting and pleasant ambiance.“
“Everyone from our waiter Ethan, to the hostess, person bringing our food and "grating our cheese", to the person who walked by and brought our boxes... everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive. By far the best visit yet!!!Kid-friendliness: Son loves the penne Mac and cheese“
“We had oysters three different ways, all were outstanding. The fried oysters were amazing. My husband had the catfish entree, innovative preparation, he liked it. They have a good selection of beers and bourbons. The space is beautiful. Our servers were very good and offered good suggestions. We will be back.“
“Fran was our wonderful waitress. The staff were also pleasant when making reservations. Koco's is a great restaurant to meet up with great friends and enjoy perfectly prepared crab cakes. The Crab dip was delicious, too. ? For my 1st visit, I give Koco's an A+.“

“Service and Food are amazing. If you are ever in Baltimore Inner Harbor, visit Phillips Seafood. Ask for Keisha’s station, she is amazing, after a stressful day, she truly made the evening so pleasant with her calmness and always making sure you have enough to drink. The food is amazing, when I will be back this restaurant will be on my list again, and definitely in Keisha’s station.“
“Food was delicious but menu is small (-1 star for food) especially if you aren't big into seafood (consider for larger parties). We had a party of 20 which requires a per-pwraon minimum of $80 and a paid deposit. This irked me (-1 star for service). When we were there tho, tho waitstaff were 10/10 excellent. And the atmosphere was perfect. A bit more pricey than the atmosphere commands but not by too much. Would recommend for sure.side note: it's a long walk down the pier. If you take an Uber it's ok for them to go in the gate (pick ups and drop offs are free)“
“Love them. very good seafood and oysters but the last several times I haven't been able to sit out on the outside deck when it was clearly open. Also our drinks the other day were very weak. That's the first time ever. For the amount of money that we spend on drinks, they should have more alcohol. overall they're great!“
“Great panoramic views here to go with some scrumptious cocktails. Staff was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Appetizers and entrees were what one would expect for the price and nicely presented. Mushroom soup appetizer and the lobster with squid ink pasta entree, along with the seabass, were underwhelming. The ricotta appetizer, along with duck and short ribs entrees was delicious.“
“We had a large dinner party at Gunther and Co and the consensus of the group was that we would all be back. The food was so delicious! Even the simple dishes were done so well. We ordered the pork chop and the halibut, but everyone got something different. The apps and cocktails were also well crafted and delicious. And our server took our app and dinner orders at the same time to make sure everything came out in a timely manner. There was a never a moment where we were wondering where the food was. She was knowledgeable about the dishes and the drinks and was so kind. This place was immaculate from start to finish and we can’t wait to go back!“
“First timer! Easy reservation process. Wasn't crowded at all. The crab egg rolls were very good. As well as the wings. I didn't order any drinks. I did, however, order the gumbo. To me, it was too salty and not enough rice. The entrée was plentiful. I had enough to take home. Super friendly staff that served my table. Food came out extremely fast. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. Parking can be sketchy but the restaurant was worth it. I'd go back to try another entrée and get some drinks.“
“Baltimore is Little Italy has a new bright shining star! Recently purchased by a young chef from Sardinia Italy, La Tavola, fresh new dishes and exciting menu. Native dishes from Sardinia like cuguliones And others highlight the attention to detail in their exciting new kitchen! I highly recommend this restaurant for their excellent food and remarkable service. Ron don’t walk to La Tavola.“
“At a tagliata, I recommend trying the classic Tagliata di Manzo, which is thinly sliced grilled beef typically served with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan shavings. It's a delicious and flavorful choice that showcases the quality of the meat. Enjoy your meal!“
“A fantastic find! We wandered in on a Thursday night without a reservation and were seated promptly. The food arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Our waiter Raphael was very attentive and a pleasant conversationalist. We enjoyed the stuffed calamari, Dover sole, and lobster pasta. All were very delicious. I elected to filet the Sole myself, but please note that it does come bone-in. The stuffed calamari is not the little calamari bites, but is the size of a chicken breast. The lobster pasta is very fresh, and the sauce has a sweet acidity that is to die for. Will return again!“
“This is by far the best chicken and fish place in Baltimore. The fastest selling item is the macaroni and cheese. People are coming in and ordering just macaroni and cheese sometimes and they're ordering extra on the side with their meal. And the cabbage is to die for oh my god I don't know what he puts in the cabbage but it's great. If you're looking for a place to get some good soul food this is it!“
“What an experience! So I decided to drop in at UO. So happy that I did. It was a nice vibe on a Wed afternoon. I started my meal with a Drink: Kingston Snow Day and a starter: Deviled Eggs. It was pretty good. The drink had me in a trance l, it was delicious and strong. The deviled eggs were good, not overly seasoned, just fresh ingredients. Of course I couldn’t leave w/o trying the oysters and all I can say is wow!! Delicious, fresh and the side dressings that come with them just enhances the flavor. These aren’t ordinary oysters, they taste exactly how they are described on the list. Add UO to your restaurant roster.“
“Where to start with this gem?! First off....everything from the moment we stepped in the front door was on point. Host knew our name and had reserved table ready and waiting. Great intimate atmosphere in both bar and dining room. Cocktails were excellent....best Manhattan on this trip thus far. Menu is manageable and clearly based on fresh, in season components. From the Susan's Shrimp appetizer...to the Maryland Crab Soup, perfect starters. Then an entree of Maryland crab cakes with roasted Brussel sprouts and slaw, accompanied by in house tartar, well played pairing. The other “off menu” entree offering was pan grilled red snapper topped with lump crab and velvety beure blanc sauce with roasted root vegetables.....heaven! Finished off with a house grand marnier creme brûlée....NO words! Chef Akbar has outdone himself and still takes the time to check on his patrons table-side should you request, as I did. Do yourself a favor and book dinner here!!! #cheers“
“First I want to say this is my first time ordering from here. So I just want to say based off the presentation I just knew the food was going to be good ? 10/10 for the presentation. Now the food it self was so good i forgot to take a picture. The jumbo crab cake was the best one I have ever had. And the chef’s special sauce is to die for. Omg. The lamp chops were delicious it’s was my first time eating lamp chops so I was a bit nervous but whew chef rock has me sold I will be returning to order more from him“
“Dylan’s is Baltimore’s best oyster spot. The oyster selection is spot on, with representation for the best regions (PEI, Maine, Massachusetts, Washington state). There’s one oyster on the menu that’s particularly excellent: West Robins from New York.“
“I love the homely feel of the restaurant and the service was excellent. The french fries were on point and the blacked chicken sandwich was ok. The crabcakes were too salty and not enough flavor. The macaroni was good but a tad too sweet for my taste. I also got wine but was given to me in a plastic cup. That's a first. A glass would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would return but will try something else.“
“We stopped by on our way home to try soft shell crab for the first time. Everything was delightful - from the staff to the seafood! I wish we lived closer, but we will definitely come again next time we are in the state! Thanks y'all! :)Notice: They kindly recommend calling to order, as apps tend to charge extra even for pickups. I can confirm that their direct prices are much better. Good to know!“
“I ate here recently and had a great experience. The wait staff was very attentive for our larger group. The food was incredible across the board. I had the chance to see and taste many dishes and enjoyed them all. They had a nice presentation that was matched by the taste. Give it a try!“
“This has become my new ritual when I drive from NJ to DC and back. I have to stop at Nick's for a dozen of the best crabs anywhere. The crabs are fresh, steamed and spiced to perfection, and served with great customer service. We are never going back to the pirates at the DC Wharf again. Nick's is a real jem.“
“They aren't kidding when they say if you can only stop at one place for crabcakes while in Maryland try Faidley's.The crabcakes are massive and to my surprise pretty much entirely crab meat. Not a bread patty with a hint of crab. The side portions are generous and definitely shareable for smaller appetites. It is quick service cafeteria style. You run your foor tray along the railing, place your order, and leave your tray for them to set your food on. The system wasn't explained for first timers so I inadvertently walked off with the empty tray.I didn't try the raw oyster bar but there were many patrons gathered enjoying themselves. You can also buy fresh seafood or order menu items in bulk to take home. The macaroni and cheese was delicious and the steak fries were standard fair. The restaurant is small, seating is limited and fairly close quarters. The sloping of the floor may also make it difficult for patrons with mobility issues.Overall really enjoyed it and highly recommend as a treat if you're in the area.“
“The best crab cake I have ever had the pleasure to eat. The waitress was very informative, prompt and hospitable. We had made reservations, arrived at 6 and the place was empty. We ate and upon leaving I noticed there were still no other patrons in the restaurant.I love old gems like this place and hope this review brings about more foot traffic.“
“Beautiful austere interior but with plenty of warm bright lighting. So so so happy there were carts! Carts filled with some of the BEST dim sum I have ever had. I have been to multiple dim sum restaurants in multiple cities on both coasts — this place knows what they’re doing. The pork buns were so tasty and fluffy. All the classics here and very well prepared.“
“Had a 70th birthday celebration for my wife there on March 30, 2024 with just under 40 people attending. Staff there was absolutely first class. The waitress Tianna handled us like an experienced professional. Food came out in a timely manner and was prepared perfect. They also allowed us to decorate prior to start of event. I love to see black owned businesses ran right with a good attitude staff. They are rare but this is one of them. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely consider them in the future.“
“The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Now, onto the food - each dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were balanced, and every bite was a delight to the senses.“
“The fresh oysters are always so delicious whenever I get them which is every time I go there lol. Haven’t been there for brunch yet so it was nice to try a different menu for a change. Always a great atmosphere and a great attitude on pretty much all of the staff. The only issue I had was we were sitting in the front seating area when you first walk in the place and there were two waitresses going back and forth with the area I was seated in and looked like one of them was going upstairs here and there too. For the two other couples that were seated around myself in that little front area the amount of times we were checked on was under par in my opinion to a point that I had to get up and remove my tray that the oysters were on to make room on the table and to also get napkins that we never got. It isn’t the end of the world and I didn’t mind it either since I’m a young man myself, but from someone who works in the customer service industry it could be better in my opinion. Other than that I never have had and highly doubt I ever will have a bad experience at Mama’s On The Half Shell. The Staff is so awesome and welcoming, the food is always fresh and delicious, and it’s a place with a comforting and fun vibe along with that tavern setting too. I hope if your visiting The Baltimore waterfront you go check out Not only Mama’s On The Half Shell but also Canton Square.Parking: Parking is hit or miss in Canton Square on a not busy day so just be patient with finding available parking if there is a special event going on. I was lucky to find something close, but it can become a bit of a hassle. This is not in any way Mama’s On The Half Shell fault by any means at least in my opinion just to clarify.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that leads into the restaurant once you go through the front door. And some seating for someone with a handicap or in a wheelchair.“
“We made reservations online in advance for our anniversary and were absolutely thrilled by our experience! From the professional, friendly staff to the cozy, small bistro atmosphere down to the excellent food and cocktails - we really enjoyed our experience and will be back!“
“Very Delicious, Service Was Awesome, But Way To Freaking Expensive for A North Point Area Restaurant, 155$ for 3 people to EAT ,it's Not A Hibachi place No Entertainment or anything Fancy , Don't get me Wrong It was Top Notch , But WAY To Much Money.“
“MY GOODNESS!! Just got a platter with a crab-cake, fried shrimp, fish, scallops, steamed shrimp, hush puppies , rice/vegetables, colesaw.... I also ordered a half dozen of FRESH raw oysters ..(I know, i know, everyone don't like em' raw?) Anywho, it was all amazing!!! Not to mention a Mix Flavored slushy was super refreshing!! Customer service is 10/10! Straight up love!......Keep in mind, it's 2 seperate parts of the store...One side is sorta like a fresh seafood market, and the other is a carryout. All the same staff though...They also sell large seafood boils, that are bomb! Prices aren't cheap, but very affordable. Besides, you get what you pay for.“
“What a great experience with amazingly fresh foods we had at Sal and Son's Seafood. Everything is so fresh, delicious, and exceptional! Owner and employees are very friendly as well! We came here twice during our short trip, and it made our experience in Maryland extra special . Highly recommend!!“
“My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful valentines dinner last night at Citron. From the second we walked in we felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was classy yet comfortable and the food was amazing. Great service! We will most definitely be back again!“
“Food was great and the atmosphere made the night even more enjoyable. Expect to spend a lot but in my experience, the food was worth it. Our waitress did NOT provide us with 18% worth of gratuity (But policy gave it to her automatically). In fact, her service was sub standard. We have had much MUCH better service at our local diner back home. Other then her, everyone else was pleasent and attentive, and if it wasn't for that, our waitress alone wouldve reduced the stars from 4 to 3.“
“Andrew, the manager, really made my client feel special, celebrating the recent sale of his property. Client was impressed with the customized menu acknowledging the closing. Food was superb, as always. We had the charred Octopus and braised lamb chops as appetizers and the stuffed lobster with crabmeat and the red snapper as entrees/ both delicious / the service was equally outstanding and assisted in making our dining experience very memorable“
“the food and the people there are awesome! I am happy to have discovered this place thank you Google. I have been there twice and loved the shrimp pasta and the loaded potatoes are amazing! Best comfort food - feels like home. The razzle dazzle drink is magical. I have my eye on that lump crab cake next time!“
“Perfect family spot ?? ? Ive only been for breakfast, but I tear up the Alice's Cream Chipped Beef on biscuits that are still soft like a cloud. Omg and it's always busy but never takes too long to be seated or served. Also, FULL BAR?!?!?“
“Stumbled upon this place and I was so happy we stopped in!! Had fried shrimp platter, my mom had lake trout platter, and we took home crabs on the $2 crab special (bought 10). All of it was amazing. Take home crabs were fantastic. Will definitely stop in again when I'm in Baltimore. Everyone there was so nice.“
“Went here once for dinner a while back and I guess I forgot to write a review but I recall that we enjoyed it. A little pricey but good. Recently I stopped in for happy hour. I had a solid old fashioned with four roses bourbon. I also had the cream of crab soup and a couple oysters. The oysters were interesting. They were shucked well and were pretty salty. I think the cocktail sauce was a little bland as was the horseradish. The soup was tasty and had a decent amount of crab in it. Will definitely go back for happy hour.“
“I celebrated my Birthday dining at The Prime Rib. The food was superb, the ambiance on point. Had the pleasure of having Mr Nathan as the server. He went above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable. One of my favorite Restaurants for sure.“
“We walked in not really knowing what to expect and left after having the most delicious meal in a good long while. Not knowing much about Latin American cuisine, we stayed with familiar dishes, steak and chicken fajitas. The portions were generous and were accompanied by yummy rice, Pico de Gallo and guacamole. And the chips and salsa - the best. Everything was fresh and cooked to order, so be patient and you will be rewarded. It also must be mentioned that our tab came to $20 a person including tax and tip! The atmosphere is bright and cheerful, very clean. Our server was a lovely young woman who patiently endured with our terrible Spanish with a smile.“
“This spot is cool. The drinks were good, nothing to write home about. The crawfish bread was the best thing. I would go back for that and a drink and have no complaints. The oysters were good but maybe the not the best oysters to start with. I was a bit disappointed by the red beans and rice, it was good but not as developed of a flavor as i expect from New Orleans red beans and rice. There are franchises in Nola that make better. It also lacked enough of the sauce/roux so it looked drier that what i expect but flavor was there. The beignets were a disappointment and the chocolate sauce did not help. It’s a good spot when your craving that Nola style cuisine outside of Nola but it couldn’t compete if it was actually in New Orleans.“
“The crabs were excellent - extra large really were extra large - and generously seasoned but not too much so. My only complaint is I couldn't pay in advance over the phone so that someone else could pick up for me. Otherwise, the service was great. This is not our first time here and won't be our last!“
“I have Been going to Skipjacks for years! Great food nice atmosphere and top tier service! Crabs are WONDERFUL nice and heavy seasoned to perfection. Nicole is awesome as well as Kathleen all staff nice and severs amazing. Highly recommend 10/10“
“My friends and I came in after the club let out, which was a plus because every other seafood spot was already closed. The atmosphere was great and the service was even better. The food tasted good but it wasn’t as hot as desired. All in all, the experience was nice. I’d go again.“
“Nice place for oyster lover, and one of the best crab cakes I have ever had. Visited in mid Jan and they have a great selection of oysters. My friend enjoyed the different flavor profile of oysters. Clams are great option for people less into oyster. Also ordered the crispy point Judith Calamari, New England lobster roll, and cast iron crab cake.My favorite about these dishes is the crab cake, it was nicely seared which added the great texture and crunch, but it is juicy and meaty inside. At the time I had it, it was served with potato and sweet potato puree on the side. Decently big portion. The sauce is rich and creamy with some tagines which pairs well with the crab cake. The Lobster roll is alright, the but is very buttery which can get a be heavy, the lobster roll is served warm, the lobster meat is simple but good quality. It was served with fires sprinkled with old bay.The crispy point Judith Calamari was a bit disappointing; it was nice that it is seasoned with minced pepper which added some heat. However, this dish is very heavy and oily, especially when oil collect at the bottom of the plate.“
