Judy's Island Grill is a welcoming restaurant known for its authentic Caribbean spices and tasty food. Customers appreciate the great service, especially from staff like Derrika, who is described as pleasant, welcoming, and super sweet, providing excellent cocktails and a friendly experience. The menu features dishes such as jerk chicken, oxtails with mac & cheese and cabbage, and various sides like plantains, cabbage medley, jasmine rice, and Coco bread. Some reviews mention that the jerk chicken is sliced boneless breast with good sauce, though preferences for chopped chicken or dark meat vary. The cabbage medley with broccoli and carrots is flavorful, and the plantains are sweet and satisfying. Visitors enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, especially during karaoke on Fridays, and find the space clean and well-maintained. Drinks like rum punch with pineapple and ginger are noted for being strong and enjoyable.
