“I had a seafood boil delivered from Gnam Gnam last night and everything was amazing ! I got the shrimp, Dungeness crab, Maryland crab and it came with sausage, potatoes and corn. The masala sauce was delicious and the bag was so filling it was enough for at least 4 ppl to share. The price was so good I couldn’t believe we got so much food. Also I can tell from putting my order in that the owner/chef was very customer oriented. He added supplies that made clean up very simple. I will definitely be ordering from here again.“

“Been here a couple times over the years. This spot is mainly for those of us who are 35-40/50+ Old Skool or those who may be younger but prefer a more mature atmosphere. Laid-Back, Friendly Vibe. Does get loud + lively and usually crowded esp. Thurs, Fri, and Sat evenings. Music, Karaoke, DJ, times I've been there.Nice Bar. Perfect for dates, singles, & couples or groups. Good also for Meet & Mingle (IF you're looking or want some Company that is.) Lunch AND Dinner are good here. Decent prices. For the most part a very positive, welcoming vibe, really tasty food, and decent drinks...BUT *SOME*times very hit ? or miss as far as staff attitudes & meal experience eating/dining in or carryout.. Bathrooms do need some Attention.? Overall a nice place; dress how you want as long as you're presentable. Not in the best neighborhood, not in the worst either. The place looks kind of run down, but for takekout, deliciously fried golden perfection that’s the vibe you look for because you know the food gonna be Bussin’! “Been a huge fan of Chef Jasmine Norton for several years. When our plans changed and we postponed our annual anniversary trip to Jamaica, there was no other restaurant that I wanted to have dinner in than The Urban Oyster. From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by their warm and staff, it set the tone for the entire experience. We started off with raw oysters from Chincoteague and Canada that were flavorful and had the perfect balance of flavor and salt. I then indulged in the lobster bisque which had me wanting more but I knew I needed to save room for the main course. I selected the Seared Scallops and my husband had the Branzino. Both dishes were perfectly prepared and left us with no room for dessert. My only regret is that I didn’t take pictures for the review because we were too busy enjoying every moment! Urban Oyster, you exceeded this foodie’s expectations and we will be back soon! Thank you for making our 15th anniversary so special!“

“Wonderful experience. We loved our waiter, Gabe. My husband and I made reservations for our anniversary. He told us congratulations and offered us each a complimentary glass of champagne right off the bat. We soon had warm bread brought to our table and then we ordered cocktails and two appetizers. All delicious. Baked brie was phenomenal. My husband had the filet mignon & I ordered a ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection. After we were nearly stuffed, Gabe offered us a complimentary dessert to share. Overall an amazing experience. Cozy atmosphere. Excellent service and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!“

“Arrived mid week for lunch, restaurant was pretty crowded. Waiter was attentive, offered refill of bread and drinks several times. We ordered the fried shrimp platter and pasta dish with chicken. The pasta dish was very large. The other diner stated that it was delicious just needed a little more salt. I had the fried shrimp (6) jumbo shrimp on platters with cole slaw and fries. Fries were hot and crispy. The shrimp were the same. Would recommend this dish.
I would recommend this restaurant. Have been several times for both eat in and carry out

“I’ve been to Tark’s Grill a few times now. I usually really enjoy all the food but this time not as much. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, fried oysters and tuna tartare to start. All were great, except the tuna tartare; which lacked flavor and had way too much wasabi, I was hoping for more citrus flavor.

For entrees, we ordered the seafood risotto, bronzino, and lamb burger. They were all delicious and good portions. Loved that the lamb burger came on a pita bread.“

“From Georgia, staying in the Inner harbor for the weekend. We Goggled Diners Drive- ins and Dives Inner Harbor. I don't know if Guy has ever been there but we tried it.
My husband had the 10 wings 1/2 lemon pepper 1/2 Buffalo. He enjoyed the flavors but the lemon pepper was a little salty for his taste 7 out of 10.
I had the philly cheese steak w/ extra meat comes w/ fries. It was seasoned, juicy, chessy and delicious. The fries were hot and crispy. 8 out of 10. Will differently order again.( only ate half,the sandwich was massive)
Oldest daughter (adult) had
Chicken over yellow jasmine rice. She really enjoyed it. Flavors were hitting,but a little too much lettuce. 8 out of 10 (she eat it all)
Younger daughter (adult) had the fried shrimp w/ fries . Large seasoned, battered just right shrimp. Bussing!

“It had been a while since I visited and some things have changed, not all for the better. There's a robot server that brings plates from the kitchen and the novelty wore off quickly. The robot's return button is too far away and requires you lean out a bit far. The voice sounds like a very young little girl and grated on my nerves after it said "I'm going back now" for the third time. The service provided by the biologicals bringing drinks, picking up dishes, etc. was not diminished, although not having ingredient placed on the table was sorely missed. Payment is now via a portable card reader at the table, I don't care for having someone stand there and wait for you to choose a tip and sign the receipt. It's unpleasant having someone watch while you feel compelled to rush so you don't take time away from other customers. The food just seemed off that night, my tomato broth and my wife's mushroom broth both seemed off and lacking of the flavor we remember, also just remembered also we were never asked if we wanted more broth. Seems we'd have to ask for that via the tablet in lieu of a server. Broccoli and corn seemed fine, while the fish, shrimp, squid, firm tofu, and lobster balls seemed to be of lesser quality of poorer taste. The app on the tablet used to order has been changed. Several items, mostly refills, lack proper icons. I'm accustomed to using the images to make quick choices and the app seems less convenient now. Once you start ordering the items appear in a pane that opens on the right, taking away from the area used to display options. I prefer having my order being a separate tab. The list of available items is now a single scrolled list, with the buttons on the left being shortcuts.“

“My boyfriend and I came on a Saturday evening at 7 pm without a reservation, and found seats at the bar. The prices are high, but remember to factor in the wonderful view as part of the overall tab. The two of us ordered 2 cocktails, a glass of wine, and beer- the standout of which was the Sazerac; and as for food we got one starter (the octopus), entree (duck breast), and dessert (chocolate tart), all of which were amazing.

“Visited on February 15 & 16. Excellently prepared crab cake platter ($38). Golden brown & tender with plenty of crab, brussel sprouts tasty & cooked tender, old bay seasoned fries cooked tender & golden brown. It was so good I came back the next day for a to-go order but one of my crab cakes was slightly burnt but still had the same taste. Everything else was the same as the day before. Overall, very good and delicious. I'd definitely come back.
p.s. - although the internet mentions mussels, they were not on the menu.
