Our table was not ready though our server motioned us to sit down while an extra table was added. No apologies, just: sit down, like we were inconveniencing her! Her attitude was approaching on rude. Orders were taken without comment, just looks. Soups were spilled onto saucers,no apologies. Coffee was served twice without spoons, containers were brought while people were still eating, same with bill. Pappas Cockeysville is one of our go-to for a good meal where we can watch a game. Our server started off great but, not sure if he had too many tables (he was covering tables in both large rooms in the bar area and outdoor seating area) because the service level deteriorated so we were often without refills and did not receive ordered food. The food, once it was served (got the salad after the entree had been eaten) was great - hot and tasty.
