“Subject: Concern Regarding Pickup Order Pricing

Dear Restaurant Management,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the ordering process on your website. I attempted to place a PICKUP ORDER through your website, but I was redirected to DoorDash, which stated there was no fee for the order. I proceeded with the purchase, only to later discover that the exact same pickup order was $20 less when ordered directly through your website.

I find this misleading and unethical, especially since I was picking up the order myself. I’m not sure whether DoorDash will refund the difference, but if not, it’s certainly a lesson learned.

Unfortunately, this experience has also deterred me from ordering from your restaurant again. I hope you will reconsider this practice and be more transparent about the pricing difference when directing customers to third-party platforms.“

“We never have a bad experience ordering from Rincon, and our most recent order didn’t disappoint. While most places are raising their prices and lowering the amount of food you get, we noticed a slight increase in prices ($1 for my eggplant parm, and a few dollars for crab cakes), we unquestionably actually got MORE food. My eggplant parm was 3 large meals, and the crab cakes were huge, and full of big pieces of crab meat. Definitely the best deal in town.“

I have had the fried chicken, fried fish, fried liver with gravy, steamed crabs, chitterlings, home fries with onions, fried green beans, collard greens, mixed vegetables, vegetable lo mein, and fried cabbage. “I had a seafood boil delivered from Gnam Gnam last night and everything was amazing ! I got the shrimp, Dungeness crab, Maryland crab and it came with sausage, potatoes and corn. The masala sauce was delicious and the bag was so filling it was enough for at least 4 ppl to share. The price was so good I couldn’t believe we got so much food. Also I can tell from putting my order in that the owner/chef was very customer oriented. He added supplies that made clean up very simple. I will definitely be ordering from here again.“

I got one house special and the other Old Bay both were great the only thing that stop it from being amazing neither was spicy. In my opinion seafood boils need to be spicy the old bay one had no type of kick but again still good I just prefer spicy over great 8.5“

I had the rainbow soup dumpling, and there was congealed fat inside of it and the truffle one just was overpowering in truffle flavor and the flavors just weren’t quite what I was hoping for. The only one I really enjoyed was the spicy one.“
