“I can always count on good tasting food at Crazy Down Home. I have only been to the Randallstown location. I have had the fried chicken, fried fish, fried liver with gravy, steamed crabs, chitterlings, home fries with onions, fried green beans, collard greens, mixed vegetables, vegetable lo mein, and fried cabbage. When I heard last year that management would be changing I was nervous that my crab go-to would be no more. Last year went well - no change. But I got some for the first time this year a few weeks ago and I was disappointed. The seasoning was the same but I found a big variety in the size and weight of my crabs. This NEVER happened before and I always felt I got my monies worth. I will definitely give it another shot since I’ve been coming for so long - but I really hope that every crab in my order matches what I ordered .... we got xlarge and there were definitely a few that were closer to medium size and they were not all heavy! Nicks motto was we don’t sell junk - all crabs are heavy! Please let’s stay with that!!!!“

“We never have a bad experience ordering from Rincon, and our most recent order didn’t disappoint. While most places are raising their prices and lowering the amount of food you get, we noticed a slight increase in prices ($1 for my eggplant parm, and a few dollars for crab cakes), we unquestionably actually got MORE food. My eggplant parm was 3 large meals, and the crab cakes were huge, and full of big pieces of crab meat. Definitely the best deal in town.“

Soft Crab was mushy and no so great.

“I had a seafood boil delivered from Gnam Gnam last night and everything was amazing ! I got the shrimp, Dungeness crab, Maryland crab and it came with sausage, potatoes and corn. The masala sauce was delicious and the bag was so filling it was enough for at least 4 ppl to share. The price was so good I couldn’t believe we got so much food. Also I can tell from putting my order in that the owner/chef was very customer oriented. He added supplies that made clean up very simple. I will definitely be ordering from here again.“

“We expected good food, and that’s what we got. I judge things by that starting salad. It’s all in the details, with everything cut up into bite-sized pieces. My cousin opened with the lentil/sausage soup. Wonderful.And that’s just for the opener.

Our waiter Drew was spectacular—attentive without being overbearing. He was at the ready with each course in a timely manner, as well as refills on the drinks as needed. He also alerted us to a special deal whereby, if we ordered a take-home meal, we’d get $10 off. A great deal, especially since tomorrow is a holiday, and we don’t feel like cooking. His manner was affable in a most sincere way. That made the dinner even nicer.“

“First time trying Wings and Seafood overall 8.5 out of 10 the employees were nice and helpful food was hot and fresh. I bought the D crab and shrimp platter 2x. I got one house special and the other Old Bay both were great the only thing that stop it from being amazing neither was spicy. In my opinion seafood boils need to be spicy the old bay one had no type of kick but again still good I just prefer spicy over great 8.5“

“This hidden gem is one of my go to spots. The owner is friendly and helpful along with his son. The Falafel Wrap is one of my favorites and I always get it with everything including the hots. They even have a homemade sauce called “mambo sauce” and it’s delicious! I always put old bay and the mambo sauce on my potato wedges. Food is always prepared quickly and I have NOT been disappointed! I highly recommend!“
