“The young lady at the register demonstrated textbook customer service: a friendly greeting acknowledging customers, promptly bringing out food while also juggling phone calls. The itself restaurant is clean and cozy. The highlight, though, is the food. Their lamb wrap was thrilling. Yes, I said thrilling in reference to food but the burst of flavor was unexpected but welcome. Maybe it's Shareef's special sauce or the perfectly seasoned lamb or the garlic herb wrap but what is certain was that it was a symphony of flavor. I will certainly come back when I'm next in Randallstown.”

“Me and my boyfriend love the Egusi and powdered yam. It’s very flavorful and we always return a few times a year I recommend, the service over the phone from the lady can be improved but the food and the gentleman that rings the orders up are always nice.”

“The food here is very delicious, no doubt. Beware of going here during the lunch hours because the line can reach out the door and the wait can be very long. I call my order in to avoid wait times and still having to wait behind people in line that are ordering or also picking up. Last time I ordered here I got a small curry chick with rice and peas and cabbage, slice of cocoa bread, a beef patty, and a drink. My total was $31. It’s surely more on the expensive side. More like a “treat yourself here and there” type of thing. The pineapple ginger drink runs out fast so if you call your order in and that’s what you want, you should make sure they have enough. I had to settle for the carrot pineapple ginger which was also good. I would recommend coming here as long as you know you’ll be spending a good amount of money.”

“This is my 2nd time here. I did not leave a review my first time. I really enjoyed their lemonades last time I had the blue raspberry. It was on the sweeter side, but I actually appreciate that because it allows me to go home, pour some out and cut it with water, and now I have two lemonades for the price of one. As far as food I got catfish last time and it was season so well. I went to Hip Hop Chicken and got catfish yesterday and it only made me miss southern blue catfish. I was able to see the difference in seasoning versus someone just adding lemon pepper and sugar on top of the catfish. Their catfish at southern blues is actually seasoned well, hence why I came back again today. I don't know how they make their cornbread, but it had me craving more. I can tell there is cinnamon in it, but I don't know what else, but I really do enjoy it. - Their cabbage is good and their sweet potato's is delicious!! - I would definitely recommend this place as a great carryout option for soul food. Next time I come, I'm looking forward to trying their Chicken and I'll be back to leave another review.”
