“This location is small, but serve a lot of items I've never seen sold at other locations such as hotdogs, pretzels and ice cream just to name a few. Customer service was great. The location is convenient and great alternative to McDonald's that use to be there.Big ups to Wal-Mart took for initiative to move away from greasy fast food.“

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!“

“I’ve been to this location twice for myself and once for my job(we all ordered from there) and the quality of the food is amazing, tue prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is family friendly. Clean and smelling good from all the food being cooked.“

“I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.“

“We pulled up 3 minutes after the establishment closed, but we saw the open light on from the road. The gentleman who opened the door to tell us kindly they were closed. As we walked away he opened the door and said to us come in and we will take care of you. We were returning off of a long commute from VA and everything was pretty much closed to grab a bite to eat. “We got lunch here for the first time today. Wish we had tried Gilroy's Cafe sooner! I got a garden salad with grilled chicken and the boss got an italian cold cut. The food was excellent, as was the service! Brien is so personable and friendly. The location is also easy to get to with ample parking. When I pulled into the parking spot, I noticed a small vegetable garden right next to the entrance of the cafe, with beautiful ripe tomatoes on the vines. Sure enough the salad and the sub both had fresh tomatoes from that garden, and they were superb!

If I had one suggestion, it would be to get the website and Facebook pages up and running. I noticed some great specials on the chalkboard behind the counter. It would be great to be able to see the daily specials online before calling in our order!

“I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak from the website. I walked over from making a delivery to Giant Foods. I couldn't find it at first because it is a smaller set of connected buildings within a larger set of connected buildings in the shopping center. The place was clean. The cashier was also making the food. My Food was ready at the specified time. The food was hot and delicious. There is plenty of parking because of being in a shopping center.“

I got the roast beef and cheddar and I will come back and try the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My order was taken quickly and was prepared soon after that. They had booths, counter seating and round tables. It was clean and quiet and pleasant to dine in. The price was appropriate for a fast food sandwich.“

They are very attentive to their customers & keep it clean & neat. It’s next to Stevenson University. It’s in walking distance. “Speed of service was fast the food was delicious they were wearing gloves while serving the food but I didn't see any sanitize water at the end of the line and it did not wipe down the line with sanitizer as they was going along now right there with build up food “

“Located inside of Sinai Hospital and very convenient. I visit this location on a regular basis because they are open 24 hours. Good food and as always fresh. The tomatoes could be more ripe instead of green. My sandwich was put together messy which is reflective of the service in my opinion.

“I placed my order through the app and all 4 items were made to order. The app was easy to navigate. When I arrived, my order was ready. I just had to grab the chips and fountain drinks. This subway was clean and thankfully not very busy although there was a consistent stream of customers while we were there. “You know you're doing pretty good when you've got a 1-1 ratio on calories to cents.

I went in and got the footlong Doritos and the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap for about $13. I was able to use the food for two meals.

More importantly, though, it was delicious, novel, and fairly healthy - or at least I knew what I was getting - can't say Doritos are all that recommendable in terms of health. But their use of cheese and the vegetables they already have there for subs was much appreciated in its cleverness and nutritious simplicity.

“I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. I mean, I used to put that on my seafood sub all the time-Aaahh sweet memories! The store was clean, the gentleman that made my sub washed his hands before he started and put gloves on. And this is one of the few locations that take coupons soooooo this my new spot!!!!“

The Rotisserie Chicken tasted really good, while the Teriyaki was a little on the sweeter side and not as spicy as expected, so it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
