Subway offers a mix of great food and exceptional customer service. The owner, Ali, is frequently praised for his warm and energetic approach, making customers feel like family. Many reviews highlight his willingness to go above and beyond, even opening the door for guests after hours and providing personalized assistance. While the food quality, particularly the fresh bread, is noted as fantastic, some reviews mention that other workers can be slow and occasionally miss ingredients. Overall, Subway is recommended for its inviting atmosphere and the outstanding service provided by Ali, making it a memorable stop for visitors.
