We stayed for one night at the Marriott Owings Mill and decided to try The Tillery which is located in the hotel. The hotel was wonderful and we had a great meal at the Tillery. Shawanna provided outstanding service and all of her recommendations were spot on. The restaurant is lucky...read full review

The Tillery Restaurant & Bar offers a great dining experience with a nice ambiance. Guests have enjoyed the food, with specific mentions of the calamari being the best ever, and the pancakes, grits, and crab cake benedict receiving high praise. The restaurant is considered a favorite spot, with improvements noted over time and definite plans to return. Parking is also a convenient benefit.
The restaurant has recently received positive reviews, with praise for the Thanksgiving buffet, particularly the delicious turkey, stuffing, and yams. The restaurant and hotel are beautifully decorated for the holidays, and the lighting is described as soft and lovely. Customers have also been impressed with the new chef, with every dish being incredible, and the short rib gnocchi and vegan squash dish being particular favorites. The pumpkin spice espresso martini was also a hit. The decor is described as contemporary and very nice, and the service as excellent. While not everyone was completely satisfied with the entrees, the crab dip and brussels sprouts were delicious appetizers, and customers plan to return.
