My impression: it's like an IHOP that got slapped silly by a French chef! Certainly a cut above the pancake house with more elegant - and pricey offerings in a modern bistro setting. Service was underwhelming. Perhaps too many tables assigned per server???. A simple request for a water refill took over 25 minutes to get done. Otherwise, a family friendly place for breakfast or brunch worth the trip to those who are tired of the bland, blue room's food.
Mili from the Mills was a pleasure to have as a waiter. She’s attentive and friendly as well. I had a problem w/ my drink and she made sure to switch it out and give me something else to compensate that drink.

This place is wonderful! We were attended by Mili who was really friendly and answered all our questions. My gf and I came during lunch, but when we asked about possibly ordering breakfast items, she gave us a breakfast menu. I ordered a meat lovers pizza with scrambled eggs on top (for novelty's sake).
