This place has really gone down hill. Not offered water. Potatoes were dry like they had sat under a heat lamp a while and bland like they had simply been heated up without any seasonings. I went here to get my old favorite: bananas foster French toast flambe. This is no longer on the menu so I ordered a similar flambe. It came out covered in a mountain of crystalized sugar. I ordered a flambe, not a brule. There was literally 1-inch-diameter chunks of just raw sugar falling off the crusting of sugar that was on top. Inedible. Maybe I could have stomached it if I had ever been brought or offered a glass of water in the 45 minutes I was there. I gave feedback that said I was dissatisfied and the kiosk said I would get an email where I could share what I was unhappy with. I did not get an email so I shared my thoughts here. Oh and all this and an automatic gratuity!! Servers spent more time leaning on the counter and looking at me wave at them then they did serving. RIP eggspectations, I'll miss that restaurant.

I'm a Chef/ Caterer myself, so it very hard to please me. Lately I have been disappointed with the food I've been ordering and dining for. But I was so pleased that I literally had to personally give the Chef/ Kitchen Manager praise for an outstanding job done. My experience there was 10/10. Any time my little 5 yr old daughter, who doesn't eat anything but my cooking demolished her meal. Then you know the food was Phenomenal. I definitely will be returning. ??????????

They don't have enough staff to give proper service. Only two wait staff on a Friday night for the entire restaurant.
Not impressed this time. Service was mediocre. Reason why they add gratuity automatically. Food was skimpy. A complete surprise from my previous visit. Blue dish was my most recent visit. I had to hunt for my grits. First visit, they were available with every bite. Safe to say I won't be back for a bit. Good music though.

I sat at the bar to get some work done and become inspired. The two waiters were sooo amazing Kenisha and Milly were the best! There service was impeccable! I went to the Tillery and there service was awful. Right down the street! But come here and you get this! Awesome service and a live atmosphere, hands down the best! Of course I had to tip well because why not! These two ladies didn't leave me wondering at all! They both help me out throughout my experience.

This place is wonderful! We were attended by Mili who was really friendly and answered all our questions. My gf and I came during lunch, but when we asked about possibly ordering breakfast items, she gave us a breakfast menu. I ordered a meat lovers pizza with scrambled eggs on top (for novelty's sake). And it was delicious. Before seeing the dish in person I wasn't sure if it was going to be enough for me to eat. I actually ended up taking some of it home.Mili stopped by the table a few times to make sure we were good, but so did a few of the other servers, and they were all friendly. It's a warm, relaxing atmosphere and I would most definitely come again

My impression: it's like an IHOP that got slapped silly by a French chef! Certainly a cut above the pancake house with more elegant - and pricey offerings in a modern bistro setting. Service was underwhelming. Perhaps too many tables assigned per server???. A simple request for a water refill took over 25 minutes to get done. Otherwise, a family friendly place for breakfast or brunch worth the trip to those who are tired of the bland, blue room's food.
