whoever the woman was working tonight, 8/11/26 at 7PM, was INCREDIBLY nice, personable and friendly to every single customer. loved her
I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. We went there today and got two subs and the food was fresh and the girl working was super nice. My gift card wasn't working because they just upgraded their systems which was a bummer. So yes I had to pay cash but she lowered it down $2 based off of what I had on my gift card which she didn’t have to do and kept apologizing. Not her fault by any means, it happens. I will be returning and hopefully their systems will be ready...read full review

Subway in Arbutus offers consistently good food, with fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. The convenient location is a plus for travelers. While parking can be limited at times, the staff is generally friendly and patient, especially with young customers. One customer particularly appreciated the kind and helpful service from an employee with a ponytail during a busy rush. Overall, Subway provides a satisfactory dining experience in the Arbutus area.
