Some are new while some have experience. One thing I don't like about them is that they can be sometimes really ignorant to instructions for sandwich but that depends on person making sandwich. overall, it is decent but sandwiches could be made better.“

“I never write reviews but I felt the need to after my last 3 visits here in the past few months. First thing I want to mention is the customer service is crazy good especially for a sandwich shop. Everyone always says hello and even asks about my day as I’m ordering my food. I don’t know his name but especially whoever is always there cutting the meats/cheese… he’s great and seems to be the one training the newer staff. Super polite and you can tell he likes his job. Deserves a raise for sure. On top of the customer service, the sandwiches are always great. I get the club sub mikes way and it never disappoints. The only thing I will say is if you get it “Mike’s way” and don’t like A LOT of oil&vinegar, say “light”. I say light every time and it’s the perfect amount without making my bread soggy after eating it on the drive home. I spend around $10-12 everytime I’m here and I think it’s well worth it! “I like the Cajun chicken sandwich. Before that, it was the Black and Bleu. Too bad these are temporary menu items. Several standard menu options are good also. Consistently good quality and fast service. Slightly higher than average cost is worth it, when you're seeking a little more enjoyment / class than usual in a relatively quick fuel fix.“

“Oh my.. The perfect post workout meal. I recommend getting the London Broil to treat yourself. From the soft bread to the perfectly cooked meat, you can't go wrong with Bon Fresco. If you are also into soup, I recommend trying their tomato soup. It goes super well with the London Broil.“

“Excellent sandiwiches at a great price. At luch this place can be slammed but the staff is very efficient in taking orders and keeping people moving. They have a dinning area which is perfectly fine but I usually get mine to go.
Highly recomend you stop by.

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! “Had my first sandwich at the Charlie’s Steak at the Columbia mall. I was given a sample of the chicken steak by a guy from behind the counter and I was hooked. I know they are known for their classics cheese steak, but the chicken was on point. I got the combo which included fries, which was a generous portion, and a large soda. Everything was good quality including the service. Looking forward to trying the steak sandwich on my next trip to the mall. Highly recommend!“

“Look I'm not a huge fan of Jimmy John's food but I decided to give them another shot. I have to say unfortunately I'm still not a fan of it. With that being said the employees were friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and my meal was fresh. I sort of feel bad for giving them a 4 stars instead of five but I simply can't get over the price. A drink, sub, chips, and a brownie on the promo come out to $15. If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.“

They're nice and you get what you ordered then. Yeah it's five stars.This place usually isn't busy and we can get in and out for a quick pick up, my vegetarian wife finds it's essential to order in person in order to get a full sandwich full of lettuce and cucumbers and a few other veggies. If she orders online just like any other subway sandwich is not really full.I personally like their subway club, the Italian, I just had the tuna (pic), and the Beast (pic). I was surprised the tuna was really good.One trick for ordering here or any sandwich shop, get no dressing then take it home and use Italian salad dressing out of the fridge . “I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway.
