I don't know if we ordered something incorrectly or it was made wrong. It seemed like there was no sauce at all. but we have ordered several times since then so 🤷 one off night but that sandwich has become my go to when ordering there.“

Some are new while some have experience. “It’s my first time back at Jimmy John’s in a while. Things have changed but things also brought back memories. The whole store smelled of freshly baked bread. I walked into multiple hellos welcome in. Cashier was extremely friendly and definitely helped me choose what I wanted to eat. Manager was very helpful in explaining the different catering options for a get together I have coming up. The food was very delicious and the bread was very soft. Definitely took me back to why I started eating at Jimmy John’s. And the cherry on top was hearing free smells by the cashiers as the bread came out. I can never get enough of the free smells. I will definitely be back. Ellicott City location is one the best I’ve been too. The young lady on register definitely knows how to talk to customers and make them feel appreciated and happy to come back. Saying hello welcome and have a great day goes a long way. And she was very patient while I took my time deciding what I wanted. And the manager is definitely where she should be in charge because she explained everything clearly and nicely. Will definitely be telling people that Jimmy John’s is definitely better and the place to eat.“

With that being said the employees were friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and my meal was fresh. I sort of feel bad for giving them a 4 stars instead of five but I simply can't get over the price. A drink, sub, chips, and a brownie on the promo come out to $15. If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.“

The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. “I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. We went there today and got two subs and the food was fresh and the girl working was super nice. My gift card wasn't working because they just upgraded their systems which was a bummer. So yes I had to pay cash but she lowered it down $2 based off of what I had on my gift card which she didn’t have to do and kept apologizing. Not her fault by any means, it happens.
