“My family and I have enjoyed Devens Deli for a few decades now. Deven, Hetal and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing people who make amazing food. When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli. The Soft shell crab sandwich is awesome and a good price, as is the fantastic crab cakes (which can give any of those “4 star restaurants” a run for their money) 🦀👍. Hetal makes THE BEST chocolate eggs around the Easter season and my son and I made it a tradition to get them every year!! As someone who had to change to being a plant based eater for my health, I didn't know I could still eat here. We had an amazing veggie patty on whole wheat, veggie footlong. It was amazing. I feel like I've been missing out all this time. Additionally the women working this afternoon around 3pm are phenomenal workers and the place was spotless. If they havent been given a raise or promotion yet, you need to give them both one. These ladies are easily the most competent fast food workers that I've ever seen. Show them your appreciation because any restaurant would be lucky to have them. They are respectful and kind and so efficient. “Ordered a footlong roast beef sandwich. Relaxed atmosphere and pretty clean. The workers were definitely generous with the amount of roast beef and cheese that they put on the sandwich. Nice amount of toppings, too, and very fresh. Overall, it was a great experience, and the food, drinks, and chips were delicious. The price justifies the large serving of food you get. Hopefully, neighboring local businesses in the area will follow in the footsteps of this Subway and put their customers first before profits. Will definitely keep coming back.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

When I picked up the sandwiches, staff brought them out and placed them in my car. I bought 5 different varieties of sandwiches in box lunch form and all were clearly identified to avoid mixup. Most importantly, all of my guests commented that the sandwiches were delicious and what a good idea it was to have individually packaged meals. I could not be happier with the service I received. My gift card wasn't working because they just upgraded their systems which was a bummer. So yes I had to pay cash but she lowered it down $2 based off of what I had on my gift card which she didn’t have to do and kept apologizing. Not her fault by any means, it happens. I will be returning and hopefully their systems will be ready to go by then.“
