Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is known for its exceptional customer service, thanks to a friendly and attentive staff who provide service with a smile. The cleanliness of the establishment impresses customers, making it a pleasant place to dine in. Their sandwiches, like the delicious Chicken & Cheese sub and the highly praised Bobbie, are consistently good and worth the price.
Customers leave feeling satisfied and eager to return, often mentioning outstanding food quality. With fresh food made on the grill and generous portions, it has become a favorite spot for families and individuals alike. The grilled Italian sandwich is one of the best sandwiches customers have ever had, even for a chain restaurant. The staff, especially the cashier, are incredibly friendly and make customers feel at home.
The menu offers creative options, and the large 18-inch sandwich size provides good value when shared. While the regular-sized sandwiches with sides can be a bit pricey, the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions make it a worthwhile experience.
