I'm so glad we have a Subway in Crownsville. Sam makes me the most amazing protein bowls. The vegetables are always so fresh and the protein is (rotisserie chicken and many other options) is yummy and warm. I often eat a bowl for lunch and then one for dinner. It's really great for losing weight- very filling!!
I highly recommend this Subway. We stop in regularly on the way home from work. This place is an awesome! When I repeatedly get good service, I like to ask the name of the person working there. Sam is a very skilled at his job. He makes the sandwiches just right, he is friendly and very fast! I look forward to getting a refreshing iced tea and cookies on the way home, and sometimes we pick up sandwiches for dinner.
