“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!“

“This is probably one of the biggest Five Guy restaurants I have ever been to and I've been to a lot lol. Anyway I only gave them a 4 star because they forgot my onions. Person at the register got my order wrong so she had to re do it and just forgot to add the onions back. The restaurant was very clean and they seemed to be cleaning while we were eating so maintaining it clean is one of their priorities which is good. Staff was friendly. It wasn't super busy around tbe time we went. Peanut are available at this location. Recommend this restaurant location.“

The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere has improved so much compared to the previous management — very comfortable and welcoming. “The three person staff was absolutely on top of everything. These were the best hotdogs I’ve had in a long time. The hot dogs are fried to deliciousness. I had mine the classic way. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“

Every single time I've been there the chicken is juicy. The breading is crispy but not too heavy but not too light, and they make their sauce EVERY DAY 🤯

“This is an AMZING location!! We ordered lunch for a small group and one of us had a gluten allergy. I went ahead and called once putting in a door dash order to make sure a glove change was done before preparing a lettuce wrapped burger to make sure there would be no cross contamination. Deondre was the one who picked up and assured me that he would see that he personally makes the burger. He also made sure to put that burger in a separate bag away from the others which was going above and beyond! The food was delicious and I appreciate the care that was put into making sure my friend was safe to enjoy her lunch!! Thank you again and I will be back! GIVE DEONDRE A RAISE!!“

“despite what patrick said below I have personally seen all the staff frequently changing out their gloves.... and they wear gloves while rolling the burritos so i highly doubt anyone touched your burrito with bare hands. at least she tried to correct the problem. some of you guys expect way to much from a QSR ( quick service restaurant) i know personally the staff goes above and beyond for absolute perfect customer service the food is bomb and also their hot table has burned a fuse causing some slight issues with wait time during dinner rushes but i could see they were also slammed with online orders but despite the technical difficulties I think everyone should give this place a chance. its friendly super clean and awesome unique food!“

“The food is very consistent. It’s a great place for us to order lunch and have plenty of leftovers for a second meal. The hibachi chicken or steak are great and we have tried both the rice or noodles to accompany it with the vegetables. I recommend to get extra sauce whether it be teriyaki or yum yum so the second round isn’t dried out.“
