Hardee's receives praise for its food, especially the large fries, which are fantastic, perfectly seasoned and piping hot, and the burger and fries combo meal, which is quite tasty and surprisingly better than other fast food places. The option of having a sandwich on the sourdough bread is also liked. However, the employees, particularly Joy, are the highlight of the reviews. Joy is described as incredibly nice, very patient, wonderful, professional, friendly, extremely accommodating, and welcoming. Her positive energy brings smiles to faces, and her helpfulness with mobile orders is noted. Isabella also did a great job at the window, adding to the overall experience.
