We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.
Oh my gosh, I'm here all the time. ❤ I even came here one Sunday and sat in the parking lot sad cause they weren't open 😭
Quarterfield Rd location is presently going under outside renovation, but have ensured their patrons are efficiently served and have an easy way to get out in spite of the construction. People are always friendly and efficient.

While the drive-thru lines can get long, they move quickly, making it a great spot for a delicious chicken fix. However, the removal of the playground is a disappointment for families, as it provided a safe space for children to burn off energy. Overall, this Chick-fil-A continues to impress with fast service and good food.
