“I live in California and a friend who lives in Maryland sent me some handmade granola from Light House Bistro. Loved it so much that I ordered 2 additional bags. Then ordered 3 more bags. Unfortunately, the last order wasn’t as good. Called the restaurant and left a message with the manger. I received a message letting me know that a replacement order was on its way. I thought, wow! That’s great customer service! Today, my box arrived and to my surprise, TWO extra bags were included with my original order. That’s above and beyond my expectations of good customer service! “Do not get the cheesecake for dessert! They get it from an outside source and it arrives frozen. You can tell by how it crumbles. The Graham cracker crust is too thick. Another give away it is round like a Puck.Everything else was great. The creamed spinach and the mashed are plenty for two or three people. The seafood Bisque is excellent.Good pour on my scotch. My wife got a cab save by the glass and thought it was great. The coffee after dinner was strong but very good.”

Well it’s novel, but it’s also so customizable so you can make whatever drink you want to try. Not only that but base drinks are incredibly good and the owner and staff are so kind and welcoming. “The Glen Burnie mission BBq has Great customer service, not that any of them lack that in that department but the food comes out hot and fast and there all very welcoming. Highly recommend coming here. Just met the owners also, they should be proud to have a group of kids who take there business and treat it as there own. Management is A1 also”

“I got the off the hook salmon, that came with two sides. Greens beans and Collard greens. The Salmon was sooner and cooked well. The flavor of the sauce was not overwhelming. The green beans could have used more flavor but overall I liked it and the collard greens were seasoned good, I'm used to smoked turkey in mine but it came with shredded chicken. Overall great experience.”
