The owners were absolutely incredible — attentive the entire time and genuinely invested in making the celebration special. They went above and beyond to personalize the event, even helping us display a slideshow on the television screens, which added such a meaningful and fun touch for our guests. The food was fantastic and consistently replenished throughout the party — no one ever felt like they were waiting or missing out. And the drinks? On point all night long. 🍸👏 What really stood out was how hands-on and accommodating they were. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in making events seamless and memorable. If you’re looking for a place to host a birthday, celebration, or private gathering in the Millersville area, I highly recommend On The Rocks. “I love places like this! Very laid-back, and because it’s not all super fancy it’s a lot less expensive, the egg and cheese sandwich was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had and my daughter agreed. And the donuts were very good. The woman who runs the place was very nice as well”
