The owners were absolutely incredible — attentive the entire time and genuinely invested in making the celebration special. They went above and beyond to personalize the event, even helping us display a slideshow on the television screens, which added such a meaningful and fun touch for our guests. The food was fantastic and consistently replenished throughout the party — no one ever felt like they were waiting or missing out. And the drinks? On point all night long. 🍸👏 What really stood out was how hands-on and accommodating they were. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in making events seamless and memorable. If you’re looking for a place to host a birthday, celebration, or private gathering in the Millersville area, I highly recommend On The Rocks. “I wandered into this deli looking for some donuts at 4:30pm after having a rough day. I knew it was a long shot that there would even be any donuts so late in the day. When I walked in, the display was empty and the lovely owner (I'm assuming) came out and saw my disappointment. I told her I was hoping for donuts but will have to come back another time. She insisted I stay, ran to the back, and made me a dozen fresh donuts! I know she was packing up for the day, and did not have to make any extra effort, but she went above and beyond, and with so much kindness. What a sweet angel! And most importantly, the donuts were delicious and my kids were very pleased with the selection.”
