“The person with the millennium falcon tattoo who made my drink was very unpleasant. When I asked for a sleeve for my coffee they scoffed and looked as if I was putting them out. They were also rude to my friend who asked for a straw. They just motioned toward a supply of straws that were behind the partition just enough where my friend couldn’t reach. Then looked annoyed and handed her one with a miserable look on their face. Maybe hire people with better costumer service skills.“
“Fast and efficient service at the McDonald's drive-thru! The staff was friendly, and my order was accurate. The food was hot and delicious. The drive-thru process was smooth, making it a convenient stop. Overall, a great experience that lived up to the high standards I expect from McDonald's.“
“Today was my first time in this cute little shop. The atmosphere is perfect for meeting friends or for setting up to get some work done. As a pleasant surprise, they had gluten free bakery girl pastries for sale as well as dairy free drink options. I am already looking forward to my next visit.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options.“
“Finally decided to try this hidden gem. The butter rum coffee didn’t disappoint and the beignets were delish! Friendly service in a relaxing atmosphere. A nice man in line behind me saw I was indecisive so I told him he could go ahead of me since it was my first time. He was a regular, said the coffee was good and the service was great. Paid for my coffee and beignets, which was so nice of him. He even shared some encouraging words and life gems….I love talkin to older people. I was having a horrible Monday….his kind gesture made my day. I’ll definitely be going back.“
“This was our first time coming in and we really enjoyed our food. We got chicken and waffles, a classic crepe, and an egg and cheese crepe. The chicken was especially good!Staff was also super nice. There's a little coffee bar off to the side with sugar and different flavored creamers. I asked if they had just regular milk and they were able to give me some which was much appreciated.Definitely will be back.“
“Friendly staff, largest latte —24 oz. — available anywhere in Annapolis, easy parking, and nice breakfast sandwich choices. When my friend asked for a beverage not on the menu, they were happy to make one, and then in their own time worked to make it better for the next time my friend asked for it.“
“Staff is super sweet, the passion fruit green tea is delicious! Their milk teas are also great to try! Also if you get to nervous to order to the cashier they have 2 kiosks inside where you can play around with what you'd like in your drink.“
“Amazing family run business. They are always so kind and helpful. The sweet smell of sugary delicacies hits you as soon as you walk in.Everything they sell taste fresh and delicious. Tried a cronut today and would recommend it!Parking lot and establishment is kind of small.“
“Wanted a local spot for coffee meet up with sis. I chose and absolutely loved the Mexican coffee. It was the perfect balance of flavor for me. The chocolate chip muffin was moist and the two together satisfied my sweet crave. Friendly staff with great customer service. Establishment is small but ambiance was comfortable with a few high tops and seating by the window. Will defiantly return next time I'm in town.“
“I literally at a playa bowls (various locations ) almost everyday. I have tried 5 different locations and it’s typically the same. Quick service, same taste and quality, similar atmosphere, busy and same fresh fruits. My personal faves are coconut based bowls and the booster smoothies but their juices and other items are just as good. Also the rewards are always on time, the free bowl goes a long way on a day you’re short on cash and want a refreshing pick me up bowl or smoothieVegetarian options: Everything is meat freeDietary restrictions: Great for vegans with vegan protein and dairy free milks and gluten free optionsParking: Open free parking lotKid-friendliness: Very colorful and inviting“
“I went to take my son and his friend to the mall in Annapolis and I found this Jewel, a cozy place where everything is prepared fresh daily.I dared to get off to be poor and enjoy a deliciously foamy and balanced coffee, I ordered a latte, I loved it.For dessert we shared a dulce de tres leche, I was speechless, it was super delicious, not cloying and it was the best thing I ever tried, we also ordered the dulce de Paris, we liked it but normal. To take away I ordered a chocolate mouse that was also very delicious, but my favorite is definitely the tres leche dulce.Fully recommended, the only thing is that when we went there was a line to be served and we had to wait a little, but everything else was excellent, beautiful atmosphere and friendly service with super good energy. They also have tea's, hot and cold coffees, a variety of breads, desserts and cookies, ohh and I can't fail to mention that they also have ice creams that look on another level.“
“This was my first time at this location. Rise makes great coffee with several varieties and flavors available. This location is small and when we got there, the line was out the door. There is only enough room for maybe 4-5 people to stand in line inside, so I'm sure if it was busier, the line would go out through the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and the coffee service is quick. They also sell bags of coffee and apparel options which we took advantage of. There is limited seating inside consisting of 3-4 tables and they were all full. They also have gender neutral bathrooms.Except for the quick serve breakfast sandwiches, the other food items come from a trailer behind the building. The food took a while to come out. There is also limited seating outside which would be really nice if the weather was a little warmer. The food was delicious, hot and fresh, but since it was cold outside, we ate in the car. I would consider ordering ahead if possible unless you don't mind waiting a while for food.“
“I had heard about this from a former coworker. Husband and I tried it for breakfast to go. The pastries looked great. I got the PB&J croissant and my spouse had the almond croissant. His was ready within two minutes. I had to wait on mine. And wait. I asked and was told "We'll call you when it is ready!". After 15 minutes I asked, loudly, where was my order? The staffer said "Oh it's here". It had been there the whole time. Now it was lukewarm. But it was delicious. Thus 4 stars. The staff should not act aloof. You work in a bakery, not Harrods! And take off the AirPods! It's a bad look in customer service. A tweek on service attitude and this place will be perfect ! . This place is open on Sundays.“
“First time ordering here.I got a vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso. My husband got the fruity pebbles latte? Can't remember if that was the name.We both enjoyed our drinks. I wouldn't say it's any different than any other coffee shop.We also got breakfast sandwiches. The bacon gouda was super cheesy, but it was good. The jalapeño biscuit definitely had a kick to it. That was pretty good. Would I go back? Probably not. But I'm glad I tried it.“
“This was my first visit. We stopped in for a quick light lunch. Very friendly helpful staff and a large array of options for not just coffee but food.Personal I settled on a three cheese grilled cheese ?. You get to pick your three types of cheese, or you could just go all in for one type....Parking: Parking is a bit tight especially during busy times. There is parking in back and a lot just across the street.“
“Coffee and muffins are great. The wifi was pretty quick. It looks like a local business done right. They also have a decent selection of pastries for those with food allergies.Dietary restrictions: They carry gluten-free pastries with compete labels.Parking: Parking out front and out back.“
“I had never been to a place with these types of bowls but always wanted to try it. I put it in my GPS because this particular day I wanted a healthier snack. I was shocked when I got there and saw it was actually a food truck! Didn't bother me so I got out to view the menu. Good options. I didn't know what to choose so I got a Nicoya bowl. It was just OK to me but that was my fault for jumping out there and picking something I knew nothing about. It just wasn't a good mix of fruit/toppings for my taste. However, I will be going back to try other things. The fruit was fresh, bowl was big and well made, friendly service and they even have a cute little setup if you want to sit outside and eat. If you're thinking about trying it, you should.“
“Other than asking the kid behind the desk what's good and him having no idea, the place was top notch. Old fashioned, apple fritter, all of it. Plus, solid local coffee. Service was quick, neat old school ambiance. Additionally, these guys aren't on the "let's charge $5 a donut train." Reasonable prices. I'll be back.“
“This place is always great! The food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful! The breakfast sandwiches are so yummy. You can never go wrong getting your bagels or breakfast from here. The bagels are made right there! So you know they are fresh!!“
“Great stop for coffee. They sell whole beans and can grind them there, adjusting based on your brewing method. That level of adjustment was very surprising!Their seasonal flavors are on point and not too sweet. I enjoyed the midnight mocha, it had a blend of three different syrup. Their variety of options, flavored and not, will fit anyone's needs. They can do a great job with the cold drinks - blended and iced.“
“In an age where authenticity is often sacrificed for convenience, Kung Fu Tea serves as a refreshing reminder of the beauty found in tradition. With its commitment to quality, innovation, and impeccable service, it's no wonder that Kung Fu Tea has become a beloved destination for tea enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike. So, take a step back from the hustle and bustle of modern life and indulge in a moment of tranquility at Kung Fu Tea. Your taste buds will thank you.“
“Cute atmosphere, great prices, gluten free options and ton of beverages to choose from. The selection was amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back. Only wish it had been a little cozier on a dreary day, but otherwise was great!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“The service is excellent here! Typical Starbucks menu. I wish Starbucks in the US would follow suit on interior design as they do overseas. The Starbucks in Asia at least has great decor, welcoming, always clean, more of a variety of food choices, etc. TOTALLY different from the bland ones in the US. I have only seen one nice store and that was in Vermont. Get more food on the menu, get the place clean and do a little interior decorating, would be so much better!“
“Frequently visit. Great staff. Excellent service. One of the staff members, Claudia suggested we purchase our own cups. We did, and that totally changed our experience. I think we come more often? ? . We patronize this Starbucks over any other.“
“Ceremony Coffee takes coffee drinking to a whole new level! This is THE best place to grab a cup of coffee and the nitro coffee is outstanding. I always grab a bag of coffee to bring home (whole bean of course) and fresh ground Ceremony Coffee is the best way to start the day.“
“I could not get the self check out to accept my member rewards for Duncan to scan to get my $2 medium coffee. The young man rang up from theirvregister ; and then we wanted the getting medium coffee get a donut for a dollar but because he had seen me struggling with a self checkout for like a while he went ahead I think his assistant manager said he could and gave me the donut on the house that was very kind!Dietary restrictions: Offer more gluten-free bread and donuts and dairy-free cheese options“
“Tucked back in quieter area, this cute cafe features a limited but well chosen menu of sandwiches, coffee drinks, and bakery items. It also has a small selection of other packaged foods and bottled drinks in coolers in the back corner. There's even a small selection of delectable looking cakes at the end of the counter, adjacent to the seating area. There is outdoor seating available.I highly recommend the bacon breakfast sandwich where they do not skimp on the meat. It was super tasty!“
“Their coffee is quite good (been a return customer for some time!), adequately priced, and the staff has always been lovely. Keep in mind it’s cash only!* Anyone complaining about “modesty” needs to calm down and acknowledge that they chose to go! If you don’t like it, go get trash at Starbucks & don’t whine about something that literally isn’t for you. Not to mention, I’ve never seen anyone in less than a bikini/one piece suit. If you’re too prude for beach-level coverage, that is 100% on you. :) *“
“This Dunkin Donuts has the best staff. Everyone is always enthusiastic and kind--perfect pairing with your morning coffee or even mid-day ice cream pick-me-up (Baskin Robbins in the house, whoop whoop--yum yum!). Being close to the truck stop and main rest area on Route 175 and close to Route 1, they tend to be open earlier compared to other Dunkin Donuts which is perfect for my 4:45 AM departure each day.“
“I like this place a lot. My only complaint is that it's so bloody cold in there!! I freeze and my coffee cools off very fast. In the summer it's like a refrigerator and sitting outside is difficult if you're trying to work because of the glare, plus all the traffic.“
“You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented. Do take note that this location doesn't have a drive-thru, but the quality here is worth it if you're in a Dunkin mood.“
“Stopped in to the Pasadena/Ritchie Hwy Dunkin' this morning and I had to share our experience....there's a young man (Caucasian, slim build, brown hair and some facial hair) who was FANTASTIC! He greeted us with such an upbeat, bright attitude and helped me figure out the Coolatta drink I like after I struggled to name it. Our drinks were out within one minute, which is lightning speed, and they were both delicious. Parking may get tight at times based on the location, however the store was clean and service was quick.Thank you so much to the man who served us. You brightened the morning and provided excellent service! We've never been to this Dunkin' location before but will return.“
“This Starbucks has recently become one of my favorite go to spots, especially since its only around 5 minutes away from where i live.I honestly used to hate this starbucks but the staff has improved so much within the year and now I love it!!! Always friendly and make the best drinks!! So glad to see the improvement :)“
“they were super nice. we came in about 15 mins before closing through the drive thru. the person who helped us was super nice and cordial. made our night and told us happy holiday and merry Christmas. I have been saying happy holidays to others and get a horrible look. it was nice to get an actual merry christmas. service with a smile is not dead. thank you Dunkin for making our night.“
“Pros:Ample parkingLots of flavor selectionsCan order from a stand alone kiosk if you wantThey have the menu taped to the counter so you can remember when you get up thereConnected to a ramen place so fun to have lunch and bobaVery brightCan alter the sugar contentCons:Even though all the photos have boba you need to request it in your drinksStraws are poorly labeled (small a big) when they have medium and large drinks so you’d think small straw for medium drinks but alas if you get boba you want the big or else the boba will block the straw..learned the hard wayNot easy to see that you can alter the sugar content and when I noticed the woman sighed at like it was an inconvenience when she hadnt even made my drink yetNo sign on the outside so hard to know if you passed itDietary restrictions: Offer lactaid milk“
“Very friendly staff, I am grateful for the one who was kind andb helpful when I was struggling with a little bit of decision paralysis, and had several questions they happily answered. Also, I must say it's been a little while since I had a Boston Creme Donut and I don't remember them being quite that good!“
“had this while near dc on my 8th grade trip and it was actually the highlight of that whole week. like walking around that mall even though we weren't supposed to was the best decision of my life if i ever travel to dc again ill come here first best boba ever keep doing good “
“I still like DD, but they're not as good as they used to be. They're not made on premises and their selection is much smaller. I miss the apple filled donuts and the French cruellers. I also have a problem with under filled donuts. Still, I like their breakfast sandwiches and iced teas and coffee.“
