“Very helpful workers and a good atmosphere. When it is open, the seating area has a comfortable feeling to it and it is a welcoming place to relax and study. The seating area is currently closed due to Covid but it should probably be opening back up in the near future.“

“I ordered ice cream via the drive through and they didn’t have the quart tubs so the lady gave me pints instead, which I appreciate. And she said they ran out of the ice cream I ordered (cookies n creme) so she made another batch just for me ?. They could have come to the window and said they’re out and will give me a refund, but she didn’t do that. She figured out a way to get me that ice cream and I just want to say that I appreciate that young lady’s hard work and customer service. Note: I order via the drive-thru around 8pm or so (the time may be off... but I just remember it was dark outside... aka the night crew is dope!)“

“My Wife and I truly started to enjoy coffee while living in Spokane, WA. When we moved back to Maryland, I am very happy that I found Baltimore Coffee & Tea has awesome staff, breakfasts, pastries and of course, Coffee!!. They are a staple in the Ft. Meade, community, everyday they give free drip coffee to military when in uniform! Oh, and I forgot to mention that every day the drip coffee flavor changes to keep every day interesting. It is guaranteed to smell good in there! You can smell the assortment of beans the minute you walk in the door! Grab a friend, get a coffee, and start your morning off right!“

“Omg this is my second time getting the Mediterranean Market Salad and it is sooo good and 100% vegan! The only downside is that it is so small and I feel that for the price (around $17.00) it should be a little bigger. Otherwise, very delicious. Customer service was great too.“

“I was surprised that there weren't more people here honestly! I love the quiet vibes with the bookshelf in the corner well stocked with books of all genres. There is a $5 minimum for credit/debit cards, but I got a large coffee and it turned out great! Unfortunately, they close at 2pm today rather than 3pm, which was stated by the sign outside as well as the google maps location. Otherwise, definitely worth checking in!“

“You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented. Do take note that this location doesn't have a drive-thru, but the quality here is worth it if you're in a Dunkin mood.“

“This place is the best Nordies E Bar, in the dmv. One I love how their café has its own space and ambiance. Two the staff is amazing. Corey, Stefanie, Jennifer, Vanessa, Bree and Kushi they are the definition of customers first and have such friendly inviting energy. The other staff is nice too i just dont know their names. They are quick and efficient. Three, their coffee craftsmanship and selection of food is divine. You have never had a real grilled cheese and tomato soap until you had theirs. “I have visited this location frequently, and aside from the occasional wait I have never had any issues. The drinks have always been accurate, this location is always relaxed inside and the baristas are friendly.

I am writing this review today because I had an excellent experience thanks to a barista named Kelly. She went above and beyond to make sure my son had the treat he was hoping for, that initially seemed to be unavailable. I now have the happiest two year old, thank you for the amazing service!“

“I love the tea here I come all the time. But the bobas are always a hit or miss. It’s so annoying because when I go I have to go at a certain time so that the bobas taste fresh. “This Starbucks has a big, open space with high ceilings that welcome you inside. Plenty of seating. Restrooms are among the cleanest we’ve ever seen. WiFi connectivity was more reliable than most. Although this corner, nondescript location isn’t much from the outside, it’s deceptively modern and nice inside. Overflow parking is adequate (limited spaces in front feel tight), but you must cross in front of the drive through lane and cars entering from the road don’t have much space so use caution when walking to and from your vehicle.“

“I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.

The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.

Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.

All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?

Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“

“The frozen Mocha coffee was good but not cold enough. Needs more ice like Starbucks. I was just a little disappointed tasted more like a shake.“
