PJ's Coffee at Columbia Mall is a wonderful location with amazing food and drinks. The coffee is consistently delicious, hot, and fresh, with specific praise for the Lavender coffee and ice coffee that tastes amazing. The beignets are outstanding and a must-have. Service is top tier, with staff described as very polite, kind, professional, and accommodating.
