It had been a while since I visited and some things have changed, not all for the better.
There's
a robot server that brings plates from the kitchen and the novelty wore
off quickly. The robot's return button is too far away and requires you
lean out a bit far. The voice sounds like a very young little girl and
grated on my nerves after it said "I'm going back now" for the third

AWSOME food! Highly recommend that you come with someone who has eaten here before. It can be a little intimidating at first, however after you get started it’s REALLY GREAT!!👍👍👍👍👍
Love coming to this Urban Hot Pot! The servers were very caring and attentive and assisted whenever we needed help with anything. The food is always good here!
