While the Cheesecake Factory offered a decent dining experience overall, there were some notable shortcomings. The chicken was unfortunately overcooked, and there wasn't enough sauce for the rice. On the bright side, the shrimp was perfectly cooked. However, the real disappointment came with my wife's dish, which was inedible. The ambiance of the place is really good. Food was average. We did not try many dishes but the couple of dishes we ordered we did not like really. The house bread they served was really fresh and we enjoyed it so 3 stars for that!! We asked for a couple of minutes to decide on the menu but then we observed our service through our was really intentionally slow which was unexpected..
