I never miss a chance to visit your restaurant everytime I visit USA. But, why am I not coming out happy from my all time favourite Cheesecake Factory. The food took more time to come then the time it took us to eat. We had to wait for the table even after booking the reservation. It felt like, the life was in a slow motion at the restaurant today. But yes we had a very good time chatting with hungry stomachs growling for food !!!

Excellent service at this Cheesecake Factory when my honey, my brother and I all ate there to celebrate 2 birthdays. They brought out desserts with candles in them and even sang happy birthday in a somewhat operatic style. So fun! The Godiva cheesecake is to die for, FYI. ?Vegetarian options: Eggplant, parmesan, cheese, ravioli, and a number of other standard veggie pasta dishes. All very yum!

Wow. And not in a good way. Bang Bang chicken and shrimp fizzled. Higher prices than ever, skimpier portions than ever! That math doesn't cut it for me! They don't mind giving you a big ol' pile of rice. But only a small handful of tiny chicken and shrimp pieces. Am I the only one sick of this? Judging by the crowds I guess I am. Well they can have you Cheesecake Factory.

I loved everything about my first experience only issue was my husband’s food he requested no onion and there still put onions on his meal what if he was allergic besides that everything was good even our waiter was amazing.thanks for good dinner

While the Cheesecake Factory offered a decent dining experience overall, there were some notable shortcomings. The chicken was unfortunately overcooked, and there wasn't enough sauce for the rice. On the bright side, the shrimp was perfectly cooked. However, the real disappointment came with my wife's dish, which was inedible. Despite being promptly seated, the service was slow due to our waiter being stretched too thin with too many tables. As a result, we had to take the cheesecake to go since it took over an hour to receive our food. Overall, while the food was unsatisfactory, the service and pacing left much to be desired. Go when it is slower and not on a Saturday night.
The ambiance of the place is really good. Food was average. We did not try many dishes but the couple of dishes we ordered we did not like really. The house bread they served was really fresh and we enjoyed it so 3 stars for that!! We asked for a couple of minutes to decide on the menu but then we observed our service through our was really intentionally slow which was unexpected.. I am not sure it was because of the busy hours of the weekend? but everyone else seemed to get things on time!? The overall experience was good because of the ambiance and the bread..

The Cheesecake Factory is our go-to place for great food and ambience in general. The servers are true professionals, and the food portions are generous.Parking: Parking at the Columbia Mall anywhere close to the Cheesecake factory is an absolute nightmare. Every spot in the parking lot was full. We had to wait for a spot to open before we could go in. Arrive early for your reservation!!

Went in for lunch and regretted it. The service is basically non existent and the dish that I ordered (sliders) had to be sent back due to a hair being on it but then when it was brought back out you could tell that they had just been reheated in the microwave because the bread was completely soggy. It seems as if the restaurant doesn’t care how the food comes out and it didn’t even surprise the Sever when he saw the hair on the plate. I couldn’t finish the food and just paid the check and left. Never coming back here again.
