“Stopped in to the Pasadena/Ritchie Hwy Dunkin' this morning and I had to share our experience....there's a young man (Caucasian, slim build, brown hair and some facial hair) who was FANTASTIC! He greeted us with such an upbeat, bright attitude and helped me figure out the Coolatta drink I like after I struggled to name it. Our drinks were out within one minute, which is lightning speed, and they were both delicious. Parking may get tight at times based on the location, however the store was clean and service was quick.Thank you so much to the man who served us. You brightened the morning and provided excellent service! We've never been to this Dunkin' location before but will return.“
“I visit this location daily, usually around noon, and the baristas are wonderful! The regulars greet me by name and always tell me to have a great day! Occasionally, there is a little note on the side of the cup, which is very sweet. When I am running an errand somewhere closer to another Starbucks, I drive to this one, even if it is out of the way that day. “I took an early detour to this establishment on my way to work and was greeted by a gentleman who's name is Sagar. Nothing but top tier vibes/customer service as he went out of his way to make sure I left with the honey chicken bites that I initially stepped in there for but at the time, were not prepared. “Sandwich and coffee for $9. YES. Coffee is WAY better than any Starbucks or Dunkin' and the food is fresh, HOT, and delicious. Highly recommend the Jalapeno Biscuit breakfast sandwich. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Love the touch of a chocolate bean on top of each coffee, which was great. We came here back-to-back two days in a row. See you again soon!“
