“Be cautious when ordering Starbucks at Arnold Safeway. Just watched the young lady blow her nose and go up inside with a finger from each hand and proceed to make drinks. I said something to the young man and he said something to her to wash her hands and she ignored him and went about making drinks and touching everything. I left and informed the manager as well.“

“Thank you for your kind and timely assistance when my car was dented December 4, 2018. Your manager Corina found the incident on your security cameras, showed it to my son who we were blaming for the dent, and spent much more time helping the police review the video and complete their report. All managers and employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I am proud that my son works there.“

“We stopped in for coffee on a Sunday morning in February. We were greeted enthusiastically upon entering. There was no line so we didn’t have to wait to order. We just got coffee but they did have a pastry case and I think I saw a food menu.

The service was quick and friendly. We sat at a table and enjoyed the coffee. The atmosphere was relaxed and easygoing.

“I have always had a great experience with Rise Up Coffee. The staff there is always polite and friendly! The coffee and food (Mad Eggs food truck and the bakery items) are delicious as well. There are a couple of tables in the shop if you want to socialize or get work done. The store has a cute atmosphere and love how they are all inclusive! 10/10 would recommend!“

“I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Looks like a bookstore from the outside, but guess what?! Well. It kind of is a bookstore. Because it’s IN a bookstore. But that’s part of its charm. You’re able to put whatever you want inside your crepe or on top your waffle! The staff includes the owner Irina and her son Paul, they are super nice and love seeing new customers! “Shoutout to the employees at Rise Up Severna Park, we ended up there with 15 minutes to spare before closing and they were friendly and patient as it was our first time deciding what we wanted try.

The coffee smoothie was what they are known for and honestly after trying it, I know why. It is PHENOMENAL. It has a great creamy texture and the quality of the coffee comes through. It is the perfect beverage to enjoy during the warmer months, but for me I'll take it all year round. They also had great iced coffee, their flavors were not too sweet to distract from the high quality brews that they offer.“

“Accidentally happened upon this location and was pleasantly surprised! Some of my favorite coffee shops use Ceremony coffee, so it was neat to stumble upon their world headquarters in Annapolis.

It is tucked down a side road, but once you arrive there is a parking lot out front. They host coffee cuppings in their tasting room, and do tours of the roastery. Check out their website for more! Hope to be back one day for an event.

“I work here! So yes, I am biased. The specialty lattes are all very unique and creative flavors, and the prices cannot be beat these days. (No tax, either!) Very small, quaint coffee shop with a calm vibe most days. Note that there is no Wi-Fi.“

We visited here for the first time a few days ago as we were traveling through Maryland and stopped in Annapolis for the day and we were pleasantly surprised with both the seasonal maple iced latte and the iced tea we got. I didn’t see until I had already received my drink that they had a supposedly iconic coffee smoothie on their menu. That was probably their best menu item - shame I didn’t get a chance to try it. Next time!! But yeah, this place is located in a little food hall that has several different vendors all in one location. So, you can come here for food from some other places and get your coffee at Rise Up all at the same time! I really enjoyed this place, service was good, our drinks came out fast, and there really were no complaints. I will be trying the coffee smoothie next time I’m in Annapolis and stop by Rise Up!!“
