“I wanna start off by saying very great customer service and very welcoming people. This is my first time I’m going to this franchise. I came on the grand opening day. It was very very busy, but for it to be a very, very busy day, they were attentive and very nice. The host does a great job and go Above and beyond to make sure my table was good The servers Very nice Yes, I waited 30 minutes for my food, but my food came out fresh hot and delicious. I would like to shout out Nae one of the host who was extremely nice and helpful the entire time. Thank you I will be back!“

He was a great person to work with making sure to communicate consistently throughout the planning process. He helped me narrow down a wonderful menu that met my needs. On the day of the event, the food was delivered on time, piping hot and the order was correct. He and his staff helped ensure the food was placed properly to ensure a smooth flow for my guest. We ordered chicken/beef kabob with all the trimmings. My guest enjoyed the food so much and remarked on how delicious everything was. I would highly recommend the Hanover location for your small and large event needs. Great job!“

We had the Chicken Salad Sandwich, the Club Sandwich and their signature "Newk's Q" Sandwich as well as Lobster & Crab Bisque and Cream of Crab soup. All were amazing. So were the side dishes. We chose Mac-n-Cheese, Potato Salad and Fresh Fruit. Yum! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.“

The young gentleman who always takes our order is part owner and so sweet. Today I ordered a green chicken wrap and it was delish! “This place gets super busy but totally worth the wait. The line moves relatively quickly, and the wait for food can be upwards of 30 mins during the rush. The parking lot is small, pull around the back for more parking. Service is prompt and friendly and they have seasonal specialty lattes on a board to the left of the registers, definitely don't miss them! I ordered a honey lavender latte that was perfectly balanced and so tasty. I also ordered a breakfast biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was buttery and delicious and there was a bit too much cheese for me, but that might be your kind of thing. There's both outdoor and indoor seating and turnover is quick! You can order online ahead of time and head to the back of the store for pick up if you're in a rush.“

“My wife and I lost power & heat before Christmas so we had to spend the holidays out of the house with our 5 week old daughter. We ate Christmas lunch/dinner at SHIKA sushi &ramen and it was awesome! They really saved the day for us. We are usually 4-6 rolls feasters so thought we’d just start with 3 and go from there. 3 was plenty! The rolls were massive and delicious. The service was great. Poor lady had to fill my water like 10 times. And they sealed the deal with a free piece of cheesecake! Entire meal came in about $50! Highly recommend you go check them out! Cheers!“

“Excellent dining experience once again! Our first time there was about a month ago and when our waitress walked by she recognized us! Very impressive ?she said she's a school teacher and is used to memorizing so many names and faces. I forgot her name but she's a very nice person! We came in for our wedding anniversary last evening. Caroline I believe het name was took cgood care of us. She was very sweet, professional and attentive! The food was excellent. My husband had the salmon BLT which he enjoyed and I had the Bistro Steak Frites and it was perfect and delicious just as it was the last time! The gentleman who was assisting the staff ( either owner or mgr) very kindly came and replaced my dish with the correct one. Someone else had ordered it but to a different doneness. The entire staff was warm and friendly, from the servers to the mgr, owner, and hostesses. We will definitely be back and want to bring our friends whom we told about your restaurant. “The food and service is excellent. The wait staff is attentive. They gave us a free appetizer as a palate cleanser and free mini assorted cheesecake desserts. The sushi is awesome. My son had the TripleSushi Deluxe (soup, salad, and sushi were delicious). The rest of us ordered Paradise, Rock and Roll, Yama, and the Goldfish Rolls. All were fresh and tasted awesome. They also have sake, plum wine, and Japanese sodas. Yama Annapolis is a truly Japanese restaurant in food as well as culturally. A must dine while you’re in Annapolis.“

“I go here often and order delivery. Food is great! Very fresh! Could use a renovation inside a little more fancier with fish tanks inside to look at while you eat. Nice atmosphere music playing. Nice after eating, to bring a scoop of orange sherbet with fortune cookie on top and a hot wash cloth to clean hands. I’ve been to one in Odenton that does it. It’s very nice inside.“
