Otani Japanese Cuisine is a cozy sushi spot that offers a casual and friendly atmosphere, perfect for both small and larger parties. The restaurant is known for its consistently delicious food, especially the Playboy Roll, which is not only tasty but also provides a fun show when lit on fire. The Golden Claw remains a popular choice, recommended by the chef himself. The menu features a variety of rolls, with attentive servers often suggesting fan favorites. The edamame is always fresh, and dishes like chicken satay are small but worth trying. The restaurant can get a little noisy during busy hours, but conversations are still easy to carry on. It is a child-friendly place with quick service, making it a convenient and enjoyable spot for sushi lovers. Visitors are encouraged to ask about spice levels, as some rolls may have hidden spice. Overall, Otani Japanese Cuisine continues to serve fabulous sushi in Maryland, with fresh ocean breeze and delicious treats that keep coming.
