I can’t recommend Ashling enough they are a dream to work with! The food was amazing all I heard throughout the night was how it was the best wedding food people have ever had. They are so organized and on top everything they really help guide you to your perfect vision. We could not have been happier with Ashling!
First off, the food is absolutely incredible! Our guests absolutely loved their mini-crab cakes and their other hors devours were huge hits as well! The Braised Beef Short Rib is exquisite and the Whiskey Glazed Chicken is to die for!
