“Excellent dining experience once again! Our first time there was about a month ago and when our waitress walked by she recognized us! Very impressive ?she said she's a school teacher and is used to memorizing so many names and faces. I forgot her name but she's a very nice person! We came in for our wedding anniversary last evening. Caroline I believe het name was took cgood care of us. She was very sweet, professional and attentive! The food was excellent. My husband had the salmon BLT which he enjoyed and I had the Bistro Steak Frites and it was perfect and delicious just as it was the last time! The gentleman who was assisting the staff ( either owner or mgr) very kindly came and replaced my dish with the correct one. Someone else had ordered it but to a different doneness. The entire staff was warm and friendly, from the servers to the mgr, owner, and hostesses. We will definitely be back and want to bring our friends whom we told about your restaurant. Mango salsa was the best I’ve had. We also ordered the BBQ bowl. I wouldn’t change a thing in it. Try the Red Rice. It’s really good. We had the Chicken Salad Sandwich, the Club Sandwich and their signature "Newk's Q" Sandwich as well as Lobster & Crab Bisque and Cream of Crab soup. All were amazing. So were the side dishes. The young gentleman who always takes our order is part owner and so sweet. Today I ordered a green chicken wrap and it was delish! Their Chow Fun is also really good although sometimes it can be hit or miss.
Their chicken wings are ok, the breading has a nice crips and decent flavor but the chicken itself was bland.
Their Lo Mein was incredibly disappointing, it was bland to the point where I had to add soy sauce, sesame oil and MSG to make it taste decent.“

“Let's be clear- from the food to the customer service, this place is 5+ stars. A great example of how they care about the customer was from yesterday, where it was clear I was going to have make several trips out to my car with the food I had. Instead off just moving on to another order, one of the staff said she would help me out and bring my food to my truck with me. That's true customer service. I greatly appreciate it. 5+ stars.“
